There are all kinds of weapons that make conventional weapons virtually obsolete. I'm talking about Directed-Energy-Weapons among others. One can virtually be anything from "mind-controlled" to tortured to killed... remotely, and there is nothing the target/victim can do about it.The Electromagnetic-Spectrum has been weaponized.
A lot of Americans and citizens in other countries don't know about these weapons.
They are on the scale of RMA or Revolutionary-Military-Advancements, such as gun-powder or nuclear-weapons.
