Disband the Central Intelligence Agency and the Federal Bureau of Investigation in their entirety;
Provide a huge increase in funding for public libraries, Head Start, colleges, and universities and totally fund the public schools for salaries and benefits with no strings, oversight, or obligations attached and with no attendance correlation;
Allow free and fair elections to be held in Iran and elsewhere without any interference by any foreign government;
Reduce property taxes in the U.S. to reflect the federal funds paid to public schools;
Prosecute NATO, manufacturers, and sellers of depleted uranium in an international court of law;
Grant $40,000 tax free to every African American whose ancestors were brought in chains to the colonies in the 1600s and later;
Provide 12-18 month drug rehabilitation treatment to all who request it;
Provide money for research into AIDS and determine if it is caused by HIV or something else;
Remove the drug abusers and drug dealers from prison and allow them to enroll in drug rehabilitation programs of a minimum of 12 months, preferably 18 months;
No more funding for building prisons and educate people on the proper usage of guns;
Provide life without possibility of parole for people who use handguns in the commission of a crime in which someone dies; pass Representative Carolyn McCarthy's H. R. 1342;
Provide life without parole for those who kill while driving drunk;
Manufacture all guns with a locking device which is child proof;
Stop manufacturing land mines and remove existing land mines immediately;
Legalize medical marijuana and legalize hemp for paper and clothing;
Force NATO to remove all depleted uranium and pollution under the authority and direct supervision of the Yugoslav Army;
Stop sending money overseas to the dictators, military dictatorships, and governments which persecute ethnicites;
Stop capital punishment once and for all nationwide;
Stop illegal drugs from coming into the United States and all other countries too;
Increase the minimum wage to $10.00 per hour world wide; mandate employers to maintain current work schedules;
Close the camp at Guantanamo Bay saving $15 million;
Stop the economic embargo of Cuba and forgive the debt of all poor Third World nations;
Stop the wars, bombings, and genocide around the world;
Eliminate the red tape so couples can adopt a foreign child, especially an orphan;
Allow parents or guardians of underprivileged children to attend elementary school;
Fund for parenting skills in high school;
Fund for quality day care using graduates in early childhood development majors;
Mandate life in prison for rapists;
Close the School of the Americas and never open it anywhere else, or rename it;
End the sanctions against Iraq, North Korea, Afghanistan, France, and Libya;
Allow for the dissemination of U. S. House and Senate fax numbers and NEVER change them or move an office again unless given permission by the taxpayers of the United States;
Teach children that all ethnicities want the same things regardless of skin color;
Allow for soldiers who are qualified to assist teachers in the classrooms; have the military assist in natural disasters;
Provide homes for the homeless with services for those who need them.
