WE WANT YOU TO DO THE FOLLOWING OR NO ONE WILL VISIT YOUR STATES FOR TOURISM, AND FOREIGNERS WON'T PURCHASE THE GOODS PRODUCED IN YOUR STATES UNTIL YOU:

1. Pass legislation which will prohibit government from controlling any aspect of weather;
2. Pass legislation to ban all forms of torture including psychological torture and provide the victims of such torture the ability to sue the United States for their pain and suffering.
