Old Peoples' Homes Closing

Three cases (3) have come to my attention where old people have entered into a contract with an old peoples' home and sold all they have and paid good money $150,000 to have a room in an old peoples' home and pay for their keep over and above this.

All seems reasonable until the home is changed into a hospital and the old people are thrown out WITHOUT A REFUND!!! AND LOST THEIR CASE IN COURT !!!!!!

They are left in the gutter to die and without a cent to live on let alone to pass on to their families.

First they are cleaning out the family resources and then attacking the dollars of the newer members trying to survive in an ever tightening world with the extra costs of supporting their aged when they had already had those plans covered.
