Attorney's Hot Check
"A check which the remiter knows is bad"

Only in Arkansas, do you have an attorney by the name of Gregory E. Bryant that is untouchable when it comes to writing a hot check. Not only did he write the $3,000.00 hot check but he also refuses to replace it. You also have a county prosecutor by the name of Paul Jegley that sees no problem with that situation.

If the Legislature condones this then why not inform the public and maybe they too can avoid criminal prosecution for their hot checks also?
