What is the difference between the induced heart-attack and a regular heart attack? Before I answer above question, we need to know what a heart attack is.
According to American Medical Association-Family Medical Guide: An artery is more likely to be blocked by a blood clot (a condition known as thrombosis) if atheroma has already built up within its walls. A blood clot in a coronary artery can cut off the blood supply from part of the heart and cause a heart attack. However, before a normal person has a heart attack, he should first have the coronary artery disease. A person who has coronary artery disease will have a condition called Angina (this is the name for pain that occurs when the muscular wall of the heart becomes temporarily short of oxygen). Normally the coronary arteries that supply blood to the heart can cope with an increased demand (of oxygen), but the ability is restricted if one has coronary artery disease or high blood pressure. Angina -- a feeling of pain or tightness. Angina usually occurs during physical over exertion or emotional stress. It means a person with coronary artery disease will have pain when over exercising or feeling strong emotions (the heart muscles require more oxygen under these stressful conditions than the narrowed coronary arteries can deliver). Since the doctor advises that the patient with angina should not be afraid to have sexual intercourse, it has been shown that normal physical exercise will not cause a patient (with a heart problem) to have a heart attack. So, before a normal person has a heart attack, he should have obvious symptoms of high blood pressure and angina. What kind of heart attack is the artificial heart attack? If one doesn't have prior symptoms of high blood pressure and angina, then the heart attack is obviously an "artificial heart attack."
Who can induce a heart attack on a victim anytime at his home, office/workplace, vehicle, etc. or anywhere?
The answer is only the invisible personnel of surveillance station/system can.
Now, I would like to explain it in detail.
According to Washington Post report on April 2, 1979, since 1950s, Office of Strategic Services (the World War II predecessor of the CIA) researched methods to induce death (e.g. heart-attack, cancer) to knock off or assassinate their targets, so the targets appeared to die of natural causes. At the height of the Cold War, the Central Intelligence Agency looked into ways to knock-off key guys through such "natural causes" as cancer and heart attack, it was disclosed yesterday.
Heavily censored CIA documents from a quarter-century ago (1952) show the Agency considered performing experiments on terminal cancer patients under the guise of "legitimate medical work."

The next pertinent document was a February 4, 1952, "draft memorandum" from "Chemical Branch, Research & Development." The paper reported Inspecting a lab for possible use in "medical research involving physiologically active chemical compounds."
"Human subjects would be available for work that could be carried out as legitimate medical research," it said.
"Extensive animal facilities exist for other kinds of research."

These inducing death methods (cancer and heart attack) originally involved the use of chemicals. To avoid having these drugs found in any autopsy, they need to select special drugs to use. So, this method has limited opportunities for use. In the 1960s, the US successfully developed a radio-frequency weapon. Since then, CIA's assassins switched to using radio-frequency weapons to induce their victims to have heart attacks.. This is because it is more convenient and can avoid the use of chemicals, which can be detected.

First, let's see who has opportunity to create a heart attack on a victim? Obviously, only a surgeon in an operation room has chance to stop blood flow into a patient's heart to cause it, or the invisible personnel use the radio-frequency weapon to cause it. However, to induce heart-attack on a patient in the hospital's operation room without others' knowledge; even a surgeon cannot do it. That's because there are many medical staff always in the operation room.
Second, when the involved agents and police of surveillance station/system want to induce a heart attack on a target, it means they want to kill him immediately no matter the target is at home/workplace car, boat, plane, etc. Thus, only invisible personnel are available to become such kind of assassin/murderer.
What is invisibility technology? According to inside information from former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek, the invisibility technology of Philadelphia Experiment tested during WWII has been developed successfully for use on humans in the years after WWII by the US Navy. This invisibility technology, which is created with an electromagnetic field (EMF), has some very unique characteristics. It not only renders a person carrying equipment invisible, but it also causes him to levitate (floating like an astronaut in zero gravity) and become as tiny as a small ant (the same things also happen to the equipment). Interestingly, their scientists still do not know why a person becomes tiny in the electromagnetic field.
Since a person and his equipment is rendered tiny by the invisibility technology, he is of little use in military combat, so this ability was not adopted by the military. Invisibility technology was later adapted for surveillance purposes. In the 1950s, it was transferred to Taiwan. Each tiny invisible personnel, by wearing a propulsion device on his back to control his movements while levitating, can function as a small flying ant. By combing this ability with the psychotronic weapons (aka non-lethal weapons) and mind machine that they carry, these tiny invisible personnel can not only fly onto their target's head to read his mind, but they can also use illness/death inducing techniques to unlawfully control any unknowing target's health/life. While using mind control devices to manipulate the target's activities, the tiny invisible personnel can gently fly onto people's head and use the mind control device to emit ELF waves to implant thoughts into the target's mind.
Since the ELF wave is the same frequency as human brain waves, the unaware target will believe the implanted thought to be his own and think about it, eventually leading to the target doing something that the invisible personnel wants him to do; this is their mind control method. In summary, the invisible personnel can manipulate a target's brain/bodily functions, land near any organ on a victim's body and induce him to have illnesses or to die, all without the knowledge of most of their victims.
The unlawful life control system's establishment is based on atheism, materialism, and communism. Why? Taiwan's unlawful life control is a good example to explain this in detail. Chiang Ching-Kuo was the head of Taiwan's intelligence agencies and internal security in the 1950s. Although a former communist (during his days in the Soviet Union), Chiang Ching-Kuo still clung on to its atheistic, materialistic and communistic beliefs. He believes that a human is composed purely of materials without a soul and God doesn't exist. So, the concept of reward and punishment after death for one's deeds in this life would not be a factor in his decision. His communistic and atheistic belief caused him to regard people's lives as properties and in the communist ideology, the properties do not belong to individuals and can be distributed. Following these ideologies, when pursuing invisible personnel's unlawful interest, these invisible personnel would toy with anyone's health and kill anyone. As an atheist with considerable power, Chiang Ching-Kuo would not have any problems doing something bad if he felt he could get away with it, so he used invisible personnel in conjunction with psychotronic weapons and illness/death inducing techniques to create an unlawful life control surveillance system in Taiwan in the 1950s. Also, Chiang Ching-Kuo believed that the people need to spy on each other (like in communist society) to secure everything and avoid unlawful life control from being exposed.
Thus, his invisible operatives also recruited operatives and collaborators from every walk of life (e.g. Banking system, hospital system, Justice/court system, education system, transportation system, business, finance & insurance system, food market, hotel/restaurant all religions, psychics, etc.) in order to mind/life control anyone. Chiang Ching-Kuo kept the secret of unlawful life control and invisibility technology from all other Taiwanese officials (including his father President Chiang Kai-Shek, the Vice President, Premier, and his own brother Chiang Wei-Kuo). The only other people on Taiwan who knew of it were the invisible personnel themselves and those officials directly involved with them. Taiwan's invisible personnel kept all important people under surveillance and unlawful life control, including Taiwan's President, important government officials, important civilians, etc. In an effort to help Chiang Ching-Kuo obtain more power from President Chiang Kai-Shek in the 1960s, they used psychotronic weapons and acupuncture knowledge to injure the President's knee. This disability sped up the transfer of power from the President to his son. President Chiang Kai-Shek only became aware of invisibility technology because a loyal intelligence agent secretly notified him of it after the invisible personnel injured his knee (see details on Part II-A of my website). Since the unlawful life control surveillance system in Taiwan was secretive and evil, it would most likely also be secretive and evil in the US because:
(a) these technologies were transferred by the US to Taiwan as a field test. (b). unlawful life control is an international conspiracy of invisible personnel: these invisible personnel had already secretly cooperated with foreign agents and police to establish an unlawful international life control organization over several decades. (c). When pursuing their unlawful interests, invisible personnel would betray their own country (see the proof of reported case about staged accident on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part3a1.htm ) and would betray their blood relatives (e.g. Chiang Kai-Shek was injured by invisible operatives of Chiang Ching-Kuo). Third, before the CIA death inducing research project (including heart attack & cancer) started, there was an insider of the project who had used an unsigned note to indicate his "concern about the vulnerability of US leaders to assassination by natural causes." Why? Because such a death inducing method is not as usual as the conventional way to train a professional gunman to kill a target with a gun. The original traditional method will obviously be known as a homicidal case and the murder suspect will be openly searched. However, the new assassination/murder use the invisible personnel who use the silent psychotronic (sound & radiation) wave weapons to secretly induce death on their targets. Their victims' deaths will always appear as the result of natural causes. Why and how can these homicide victims be mistakenly believed to have died of natural causes? It happened for the following three reasons:
(a). The tiny invisible personnel's murders always leave no evidence of an intruder: Because tiny invisible personnel can secretly enter a target's home/office, vehicle, etc. through the electric system (or a small hole) then leave no evidence of an intruder.
(b). The tiny invisible personnel's murders always leave no signs of external injury on a victim's body: Because the Psy (e.g. radio-frequency weapon, infrasound) weapons can be used to kill a target and leave no external signs of injury on victim's body.
(c). The invisible personnel's murders always leave no evidence of a struggle: Since the unknowing target will not know his pain is caused by invisible personnel's attack, he will not resist and leave no evidence of a struggle.
Based on the above three reasons, a coroner unaware of these technologies would only conclude that the victim died of natural causes, even though the cause of death is obviously inconsistent with the victim's overall health. For example, Senator Paul Coverdell was murdered with cerebral hemorrhage inducing technique although his recent health check reported no health problem (see details on Part II-C3, or <http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c3.htm>). Although some victims' relatives didn't believe that these victims died from natural causes, involved police can still rule that these victims' deaths were the results of natural causes with the three reasons (no evidence of an intruder, a struggle, and no signs of external injury). So, they can easily close these cases to cover-up the murders that had been committed by invisible personnel. For example, Mr. Carlos Ghigliotti, a healthy 41-year-old expert witness of the Waco lawsuit was murdered with the heart attack technique although he had not experienced a heart problem prior (see details on Part II-C4 of my website, or http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c4.htm ). Obviously, this insider of CIA death inducing research has a good understanding of the effects of invisibility technology and psy weaponry. Also, he knew that invisibility technology and invisible personnel have been kept a top secret, and most US leaders even do not have knowledge about them. Thus, this insider had indicated his concern/forecast about the vulnerability of US leaders to be assassinated by "natural causes." Obviously, with this kind of assassination, an unsuspecting coroner (or a doctor in hospital) will easily mistake the victim's death as the result of natural causes (as in Governor Lawton Chiles' case). Also, if the victim is a civilian, or the victims' relatives do not request an autopsy, the local involved police/invisible personnel would change these cases. Based on above three reasons (no evidence of an intruder, injury, and a struggle), the police can simply rule these victim's deaths were the result of natural causes. Thus, to those unsuspecting US public officials and leaders, the invisible personnel can secretly abuse the death inducing techniques to assassinate them and the victims' deaths will appear to have died of natural causes.
These facts are consistent with the CIA insider's concern/forecast about the vulnerability of US leaders to assassination by "natural causes." Unfortunately, compared with the reported cases (see details later), the murders of judges, assassination of Florida Governor Lawton Chiles and Senator Paul Coverdell (see details on Part II-C2, C3), the above insider's concern/fear has become true. Most unsuspecting Americans will never know the truth if I do not point out that the invisible personnel have many different inducing death techniques to murder their targets and die as if natural causes.
Why would I investigate these victims' sudden deaths who died of heart attack, heart to fail (induced cardiac arrest) and cerebral hemorrhage? Based on the medical examiners' records and involved police's rulings in the past several decades, they either did not know the truth, or did not tell the truth about these victims' sudden illness/deaths (from suddenly suffering cerebral hemorrhage and/or die). So, they do not qualify and do not have credibility to determine that if a victim's sudden suffering cerebral hemorrhage is the result of natural causes, or from an attack. Why?
The above CIA classified death research proves that since the late 1950s, invisible personnel of surveillance station/system can induce their victims to have a heart attack over several decades. Also, from 1965 through to 1970, Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency (DARPA) had another project of operation PANDORA to study techniques on how to induce cerebral hemorrhage (create a leak on blood/brian barrier) and induce heart seizures (inducing heart dysfunction and cardiac arrest) in the US (see details on above source). So, the induced cardiac arrest and cerebral hemorrhage techniques also have been developed over several decades. Thus, these invisible personnel must have induced many victims to have a heart attack, cardiac arrest, or cerebral hemorrhage for many decades (see details cases on Part II-C2, C3, C4 and Part V-B1, B2 of my website). However, so far, all victims who suddenly died from a heart attack, cardiac arrest or from suddenly suffered cerebral hemorrhage all had been ruled by medical examiner to have died from natural causes. The medical examiners' past records proves that none of these victims (who died of suddenly suffering cerebral hemorrhage, heart attack & cardiac arrest) had been found to die from homicide. Nor has the medical literature recorded any case of people being killed by illness/death inducing techniques (induced cerebral hemorrhage, heart attack, cardiac arrest, etc.). This means that all these victims' deaths (resulted from suffering cerebral hemorrhage, heart attack, or cardiac arrest) in the past decades were only the results of natural causes. This means that the death inducing techniques had never been used on anyone in the US. This fact only proves that the medical community either have no knowledge on invisibility technology and induced illness/death techniques, or they did not tell the truth because they are associated with involved agents and police (who use invisibility technology to commit murders). So, the invisible personnel's crimes of murders have been able to be cover-ups.
Obviously, many involved physicians have taken part in the above two classified researches. But they neither mentioned these illness/death inducing techniques to the public, nor admit invisibility technology existing.
These facts prove that there are many cooperating physicians (who associated with involved agents and police who use invisibility technology) who have been involved to mislead the public. Beside Taiwan's example proof that hospitals' physicians had secretly cooperated with the involved police and agents (who use invisibility technology) to mislead their targets, Microwave Harassment & Mind Control Experimentation (by Julianne McKinney December 1992) had also reported that cooperative physicians had been involved in many reported cases to mislead or mind control their targets. Examining the past records of these medical examiners' judgment and involved police's rulings in the past several decades, it proves that in the future, they will also claim and rule that all victims' deaths (resulted from suffering cerebral hemorrhage, heart attack, or cardiac arrest) were still only the results of natural causes. But, no one can believe that these induced illness/death techniques have never been used on any American in the past several decades, nor that it will be used on Americans in the future. So, the facts prove that the medical examiners and involved police either did not know the truth, or did not tell the truth about these victims' sudden deaths or sudden suffering cerebral hemorrhage. Since the medical examiners and involved police either do not know the truth or do not tell the truth, they do not qualify and do not have the credibility to rule that if a victim's sudden suffering cerebral hemorrhage, heart attack or cardiac arrest is the result of natural causes, or from a attack. Actually, these nonlethal weapon users (police & involved agents) must recuse themselves from investigating these kinds cases (which the persons died of sudden heart-attack, cardiac arrest, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.). Because these users can induce victims to have sudden heart attack, cardiac arrest, and cerebral hemorrhage with their psy weapon & invisibility technology. Unfortunately, so far, they do not recuse themselves from investigating such kinds of cases. So, if the deceased is a victim who had been murdered by invisible personnel with death inducing techniques, these nonlethal weapon users can easily cover up their crimes. Well informed Americans (on the uses of nonlethal weapons & illness/death inducing techniques) must analyze these cases (in which the victims suddenly died of heart attack, cardiac arrest, or cerebral hemorrhage, etc.) by collecting facts regarding the death (the deceased's health history, deceased's recent activities, etc.) to determine the true cause of the death (whether or not it was a murder). This analysis would enable us to find the motivation for the murder. Then, analyzing the capabilities nonlethal weapons, illness/death inducing technology with how the victim died, one can determine how the victim was murdered.
On the other hand, the above Washington Post's report (that CIA have conducted research on the methods to induce death by heart attack on the target in 1950s) proves that the CIA have invisible personnel and trained them with, induce death techniques of heart attack & cancer. This report also supports the inside information from Taiwan to be true - invisible personnel (involved agents, police & operatives) of surveillance station/system) have induced illness/death on victims. Furthermore, the following article of Colonel John Alexander also proves that invisibility technology must have been used by these so-called nonlethal weapons users to secretly deliver "microwave voice" and use microwave (or Radio wave) weapons on Americans without being seen by victims.
In the notorious 1980 article "The New Mental Battlefield" in MILITARY REVIEW, John Alexander stated that "These (psy) weapons would be able to induce illness or death at little or no risk to the operator. The psychotronic weapon would be silent, difficult to detect and would require only a human operator as a power source" (see details on "The New Mental Battlefield" by John B. Based on John Alexander's own words, it proves that when using these weapons, they need human operators at the scene to power the weapon and equipment as the power source. Thus, when the victims are attacked by so-called nonlethal weapons (e.g. microwave weapons, infrasound weapon, radio-frequency weapon), they must need some human operators at the criminal scene to power their weapons. However, according to victims' reports (see details on following source), all victims who have complained to have been "zapped by radio waves" or "hearing voices" never saw any operator to use weapons on them in the criminal scene. When elderly parents and young children in the family become targets for apparent purposes of intimidation
This situation has been reported in eight of our cases to date. Another individual, during a telephone conversation, was told by an employee of a local power company that, if she valued the lives of her children, she would drop her public opposition to the company's installation of high power lines. Since receiving that threat, the individual's 11-year-old daughter has been reduced to extremes of pain, resulting in her recurrent hospitalization for treatment of illnesses which cannot be diagnosed. It is also apparent to this individual that her three-year-old son is on the receiving end of externally-induced auditory ["hear" microwave voices - Alan Yu note] input. *Refusal of the FBI to intervene in any of the cases brought to our attention thus far. FBI spokesmen do acknowledge that they have received a large number of requests for assistance from "mentally disturbed persons" who believe that they are being "zapped by radio waves" and/or "are hearing voices..." "* Refusal and/or inability of local police to intervene. The tendency of local police is to dismiss an individual's complaints of government harassment as the ravings of a "fruitcake." In one case, discussed above, it is apparent that one police officer is actively cooperating in the harassment.

Why the above victims didn't see any human operator who used microwave (or radio-frequency) weapon to zap them, or used a microwave voice device to deliver voice to them (then cause them hearing voices)?
Because these human operators and weapons have used invisibility technology to become invisible and tiny. Thus, although many victims had been attacked by these weapons, they could not see these invisible personnel and their weapons. Thus, combined with John Alexander's messages and these victims' experiences, it does prove that invisibility technology has been used by local law enforcement officers (involved FBI & police of local surveillance station/system) and their recruited operatives to make them and their weapons become invisible. Thus, those personnel can use their weapons (or microwave voice device) on their targets without being seen by these targets. The facts tell that invisibility technology has been used by non-lethal weapons users. However, to prevent the invisibility technology from leaking to society, these victims have been falsely accused as mentally disturbed (see above reported cases).
Based on MICROWAVE NEWS Nov/Dec 1993 reported, State and local law enforcement have obtained so-called nonlethal wagons (INFRASOUND, microwave weapons, radio-frequency, etc.) and mind control equipment (see details on Source of news reports).

The above victims cannot get help from police or the FBI because the harassment could be caused by some of local involved FBI agents and police of surveillance station/system with invisibility technology (including involved police of University). How can invisible personnel induce their target to have a heart attack or cardiac arrest ?
By using powerful radio-frequency weapons, they can induce a heart attack on any unknowing person no matter how healthy the target's heart is. They can also use radio-frequency weapons to induce a victim's heart to fail. Why? Because the radio-frequency weapon is so powerful that it can be used to destroy an unknowing target's heart function from one kilometer range (see detailed explanation on radio-frequency weapon).
What is the radio-frequency Weapon? Radio-frequency weapon is a powerful, deadly, high frequency weapon:
The powerful radio-frequency weapon is so strong that it has killed goats at 1 kilometer's range. Thus, this weapon can be used to destroy an unknowing victim's heart function no matter how young or old the victim is. This tactic is mostly used to kill an unknowing victim while he is alone to avoid being saved by others. However, an unaware senior citizen (who even has no heart problem) could be murdered with this weapon in a public place to die as if by a natural cause. Why? Because no one sees the invisible personnel/murderer and their radio-frequency weapon. So there is no evidence of an intruder, no signs of external injury on the victim's body, and no evidence of a struggle. Obviously, with this kind of murder, an unsuspecting coroner (or a doctor in hospital) will easily mistake the victim's death as the result of natural causes. Also, the radio-frequency weapon is so powerful. Thus, even an unsuspecting young man who has no heart problem can be suddenly induced to heart attack. Why? Since the Soviets had used this weapon to kill goats from one kilometer range, it proves that a human's heart cannot withstand non-stop attack from a radio-frequency weapon. Thus, beside an aware person can escape the non-stop attack, any unsuspecting person (no matter how young a person is or how healthy his heart is) will be killed as if it had been a heart attack on the surface. Even a healthy heart of a young adult cannot resist the non-stop attack from radio-frequency weapon. Why? The 1987 issue of Soviet Military Power, a cold war Pentagon publication, warned that the Soviets might be close to "a prototype short-range tactical RF [radio frequency] weapon." What is the difference between above death inducing techniques? Both are caused by invisible personnel's death-inducing technique with radio-frequency weapon. The only difference is that: the victim dies of an artificial heart-attack when the invisible personnel use radio-frequency weapons to target the victim's heart from the front. 1. The invisible personnel use radio-frequency weapon to attack a victim's heart from the front to induce him to have heart-attack:
a). If the target is in the outdoors or inside of public building, the invisible personnel who are following the victim (Outdoor-e.g. parking lot of shopping center, public building. Indoor-inside of bank, stores, supermarket, school, public building, office, etc.) can power a nearby hidden emitter of radio-frequency wave through a psychotronic generator. The hidden emitter can focus the radio-frequency wave as a narrow beam (about the size of two US quarters - two coins) and strike on the target's heart through the upper torso. When the invisible personnel use radio-frequency weapons to attack the target's heart from the front, the intensity of the narrow beam will be increased to penetrate a target's chest and cause the victim's heart muscle to contract. This will also cause the sensation of pressure and pain on the heart. It will also stop the blood flow into the heart (or cause the blood supply to the heart to be cut off). Thus, the heart muscle will die of oxygen deficiency. So, the unaware person will die as if by "heart attack" on the surface. During the attack, the radio-frequency wave will cause target to feel pain, heaviness, tightness, or squeezing in the chest. This is because radio-frequency wave interference causes the heart to malfunction and the victim's heart muscle will slowly contract and create the sensation of pressure and pain on the heart. Also, while being attacked, the target will feel a strong pressure focused on his heart. This strong pressure feels like it is applied from an external source (at a slant angle toward the chest). This feeling of pressure should be caused by the narrow beam of radio-frequency wave. A senior citizen or unknowing person (who does not know how to protect himself/herself from attack with radio-frequency weapon and does not know about "little spirits") will be killed.(b). To quickly kill a victim at the victim's home/office with induced heart attack A group of invisible personnel will secretly carry radio-frequency weapons and fly onto the victim's chest together. Before attacking their victim, their equipment will generate a protective electromagnetic field around themselves to protect the invisible personnel from being injured by the aware victim. Attacking at the same time, these invisible personnel will focus their radio-frequency waves on the victim's heart. The victim (who has no such kind of knowledge) usually will die because a group of tiny invisible personnel will stay on the victim's chest to keep attacking until the victim dies. After being attacked, the target will feel pressure on his/her heart and have difficulty breathing. That's because the radio-frequency wave will penetrate the target's chest and create pressure on the victim's heart (the victim's heart muscle will slowly contract and create the sensation of pressure and pain on the heart). These invisible personnel will continuously use their weapons to attack the victim's heart. It will ultimately stop the blood flow into the victim's heart in a few minutes then destroy the heart function or cause the heart to die. So, the person appears to die from a heart attack on the surface. However, if the targeted person truly understands the facts that these invisible personnel are tiny in the invisible electromagnetic field, he can use strong magnets with material to catch the invisible personnel or force them to leave. Thus, a victim can survive from such an attack (by tiny invisible personnel to secretly induce heart attack). 2. The invisible personnel will use radio-frequency weapons to attack a victim from his back to induce cardiac arrest. What is the difference between cardiac arrest and induced cardiac arrest (heart function failure)? According to American Medical Association Family Medical Guide (1987 Editors by Jeffrey Kunz, MD and Asher Finkel, MD), "cardiac arrest is usually caused by a disorder rhythm of known as ventricular fibrillation, which occurs if the muscles of ventricles, or the two lower chambers of your heart twitch without coordination and without effective pumping. However, it is possible to recover if the heartbeat and circulation can be restored by cardiac massage within a few minutes. If the cardiac arrest is caused by ventricular fibrillation, the heartbeat can often be restored with a defibrillator, an apparatus that briefly passes an electric current through the heart." However, the induced cardiac arrest is caused by invisible personnel with radio-frequency weapons. The powerful radio-frequency will stimulate the target's heart muscle from his back and quickly increase his heartbeat to extreme high. So, the victim will have an abnormally high heart rate at first. Under such kind of attack, the unaware victim's heart function will ultimately fail then stop heartbeat when the target's heart muscle cannot stand the powerful radio-frequency's stimulate (with continually respond and quickly increase heartbeat). Under such kind of situation the induced cardiac arrest is impossible to recover. During invisible personnel induce cardiac arrest, the victim will have the symptoms of sweating, weakness, nausea, etc. and will definitely have abnormal heart rhythm because the radio-frequency will simulate the target's heart muscle to quickly increase his heat beat.
According to the 1987 book HUMAN ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY by John W. Hole, Jr., " when one portion of cardiac muscle network is stimulated, the impulse passes to other fibers of the network, and the whole structure contracts as a unit; that is the network responds to stimulation is an all or none manner." So, there are different inducing death techniques which can be used to destroy one's heart function. The induced cardiac arrest technique is different than the artificial heart attack. However, it can also destroy a victim's heart function to die as if the result of cardiac arrest which is caused by "abnormal heart rhythm" on the surface. The invisible personnel (who secretly follow the victim outdoors) can find an opportunity and power a nearby hidden emitter of radio-frequency weapons (e.g., outdoor-light poles of shopping center, super market, school, public building, etc. or the hidden emitter inside of banks, stores, super markets, schools, other public buildings, etc.) to attack a target's heart muscle from a target's back (while he is alone). The induced heart attack and induced cardiac arrest are mostly used to kill an unknowing victim while he is alone in order to mislead the public to falsely believe that the victim died of natural causes. In 1969, James Earl Ray (real name, Ryan) was pressured by his lawyers to plead guilty to killing Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Ray's lawyers had promised him a lot of things, including large sums of money through the sale of a book. Later, Ray wrote to Memphis judge Preston Battle and requested permission to withdraw his guilty plea and stand trial, which would have opened up the whole conspiracy, including the mystery man, Raoul.Under Tennessee law, it would have been *only* Judge Battle, as the sentencing judge, who would grant such a review. The above case has shown that Judge Battle and Judge Miller would have been murdered at crucial points in the Ray case. Therefore, invisible personnel must have been involved in the case. The invisible personnel could either enter the Judges' office or home and used the radio-frequency weapon to induce death on them. Judge Battle's heart must have been attacked by invisible personnel with radio-frequency weapons from his back when he read the case of Ray's petition on the table. Why could not authority arrest the real assassin in the crime scene after Dr. Luther King was shot? Because the assassin must be an invisible personnel's sniper. So, after shooting, the invisible personnel would use invisibility technology on the sniper and his rifle to become invisible and tiny then took him away. How can the assassin/sniper hide in a special place if he is related with invisible personnel? The invisible personnel would use invisibility technology on the sniper and his rifle to become invisible. Then, they take the sniper anywhere (e.g. woods, or empty building) and shut down the generator to make the sniper return to normal. Then, the sniper could hide in woods or any empty building (where he can easily shoot his target) to wait for his target. After shooting, other invisible personnel will help the sniper escape by using invisibility technology on the sniper and his rifle to become invisible and tiny. Then, they can take the sniper away (similar to their abduction method). It will only take a few minutes to use this invisibility technology on a target. So, if authorities cannot arrest the assassin within a few minutes after shooting, the sniper/assassin will use invisibility technology to escape from the crime scene. By using this assassination tactic with invisibility technology, the assassin will never be captured at the crime scene. Since invisible personnel want to expand their influence on everyone, their operatives have secretly planted in different political groups. To manipulate extremists to kill, the invisible personnel's operatives (civilian) also joins extremists organization and criminal gangs. Thus, before the death inducing techniques have been developed successfully, invisible personnel frequently used a criminal/sniper to assassinate a political leader whom they disliked. The invisible personnel's sniper/assassin dare to assassinate anyone (including the president) not just because the lure of money, but their invisibility technology insures a clean escape from the crime scene. So, the safe escape with invisibility technology is the most important thing to these assassins. Without using invisibility technology, the assassinated actions will be limited in society. For example, although some research has claimed that the Mafia hired a few criminal snipers to assassinate President John Kennedy, these criminal snipers must be related with invisible personnel, or belong to their civilian operatives. Thus, they dared to assassinate President Kennedy for lure of money and escaped with invisibility technology. That's why some invisible personnel caused the secret service agents to stay away from Dallas, Texas while President Kennedy visited there. Also, the criminal sniper obviously had prior knowledge about where President's car would pass by. So, the criminal sniper(s) hid at a special location to wait for John Kennedy's coming then shot him. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was most likely assassinated by invisible personnel's sniper. So, the real assassin must have escaped with invisibility technology from crime scene. So, James Earl Ray (real name, Ryan) was captured later and was most likely a scapegoat.

After the above Dr. King assassination case had been reported on the internet many times, the case has been asked re-investigated; filed a lawsuit by Dr. King's family. A jury hearing a lawsuit filed by the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.'s family found Wednesday (December 8, 1999) that the civil rights leader was the victim of a vast murder conspiracy, not a lone assassin.
"The FBI, CIA, the media, Army intelligence, and state and city officials helped cover up the assassination," said Pepper (Dr. King's family's lawyer), who also represented Ray in his efforts to get a trial. Pepper called witnesses who claimed that King's police protection was pulled back moments before the shooting, that Army agents had him under surveillance and that a police officer who was at King's side after he was shot later went to work for the CIA. After the verdict, Pepper said, "Today, a jury of 12 men and women ruled that there was a conspiracy that involved Loyd Jowers, a local man, as well as other unknown conspirators associated with the Memphis police department, the state of Tennessee and the federal government." It means that besides the media, the assassination of Dr. King was related with the involved agents and police (invisible personnel) in surveillance station/system. According to William Pepper's (the King's lawyer) claim, the FBI, CIA, the media, Army intelligence and state and city officials, local police department helped cover up the assassination." In closing arguments this morning, he said that King's growing opposition to the Vietnam War had sealed his fate. Second example, the Florida Governor Lawton Chiles' death. According to The Associated Press report on December 13, Governor Lawton Chiles, one of Florida's top political leaders for the last three decades, died from an abnormal heart rhythm about eight hours before his body was found near an exercise bike, a medical examiner said Sunday. The local invisible personnel (involved police & recruited civilian operatives) must secretly spy on the governor at his office/mansion, vehicles, etc. But these invisible personnel didn't try to save the governor's life immediately when they saw the governor had lost consciousness and fell off the bike in his mansion. The governor died from an abnormal heart rhythm, it is consistent with the symptom of the invisible personnel's cardiac arrest inducing technique - the radio-frequency will cause a victim's heart beat to quickly increase after using radio-frequency weapons to attack a target's heart from his back. Thus, the invisible personnel would have killed Governor Chiles with cardiac arrest inducing technique (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c2.htm ). Why would I deduce that Governor Chiles was assassinated by local police (invisible personnel) and their recruited operatives? There are five reasons: First, They induced Parkinson's disease symptoms (similar to some symptoms of stroke) on Governor Lawton Chiles in his second term as governor (see details on <http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c2.htm>). Then, they induced Governor Chiles to have cardiac arrest (heart function failed) on December 13, 1998. This induced illness and murder both happened after the election. Obviously, since these crimes happened after the election period, the motive and criminals didn't belong to any political party.Second, local involved police/invisible personnel and operatives are responsible for surveillance on local Americans.
Third, based on The AP report on December 13, 2000, "Governor Chiles (was) getting ready for a new adventure as a roving trade ambassador to South America. He finalized his new job just one day before he died." Since they eagerly assassinated Governor Lawton Chiles before he could leave Florida to South America. It proves that the murder must have been committed by local involved police/invisible personnel.
Fourth, local police have obtained radio-frequency weapons. Also, by using radio-frequency weapons to unlawfully induce a heart-attack or induce cardiac arrest on an unknowing target has become the well-known tactics of local involved police (invisible personnel) of surveillance station/system (see details on above explanation).
Fifth, Governor Lawton Chiles was murdered on a Sunday. It shows that local involved police/invisible personnel used their spare time/weekend to direct invisible operatives to murder Governor Chiles.
Third example, according to news report from the Associated Press on 10:14 PM ET May 14, 2000, Mr. Carlos Ghigliotti, the Infrared Technologies expert of Waco decomposed body was found at his office at Infrared Technologies Corp. in Laurel, MD, on April 28 after a building manager became concerned that the analyst had not been seen for several weeks. A preliminary autopsy report showed the 42-year-old "died of a heart attack." Carlos Ghigliotti was a healthy 42-year-old person and had no heart problem before. How could he suddenly have a heart-attack to die after he became the expert witness of the plaintiffs in Waco lawsuit? Beyond the reasonable doubt, he must havbe been murdered by local involved LEO/invisible personnel of surveillance station/system with radio-frequency weapon to induce heart attack. Why? Because the radio-frequency weapon is so powerful and can destroy an unaware target's heart function after a non-stop attacking. So, the unsuspecting target will be easily murdered by invisible personnel of surveillance station/system and then died as if the result of natural cause heart attack, no matter how young he is (see details on Part II-C4 of my website).
Fourth example, TV star, John Ritter was most likely murdered by the invisible personnel with acoustic weapon or radio-frequency weapons.
According to September 12, 2003 Associated Press report, John Ritter Dies Suddenly of Rare, Hidden Heart Disorder. John Ritter became ill Thursday while working on ABC's "8 Simple Rules." He died at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center shortly after 10 p.m. Thursday. Surgeons unsuccessfully attempted to save him. He was 54.The cause of his death was a tear in the aorta, the result of an unrecognized flaw in his heart, said his publicist, Lisa Kasteler. Although John Ritter appeared a bit overweight, it would be abnormal for him (54) to suddenly die of the rupture of the aorta [the main artery from the heart]. Sixth example, in 1995, retired General Soong, a former head of Taiwan's National Security Bureau suddenly died of a "heart attack" in a public bath pool in Taipei. This death occurred two days after he announced that he would write a memoir. Based on the American Medical Association's Family Medical Guide, angina patients can participate in sexual intercourse and perform physical exercise (within his/her limit as result of the disease). This shows normal physical activities (e.g., taking a bath) will not cause a patient with heart problems to have a heart attack. Also, in the public bath pool, General Soong would not be exerting himself while taking a bath. Furthermore, General Soong was only retired a few months from the military and had very good health other than a vision problem in one eye. Also, his widow claimed that "her husband has never had any heart problems in his life" (supported by the history of his health record). Thus, how could General Soong, a healthy person without any heart problem in history, suddenly have a heart attack and die? Also, his death occurred two days after he announced that he would write a memoir.
Since General Soong was a former head of Taiwan's National Security Bureau, he must have known many secrets. Thus, comparing with the facts that General Soong has never had a heart problem in history and he announced that he would write a memoir two days before, his widow believed that someone could have murdered her husband to prevent some secrets from leaking in his memoir. It can logically explain why her healthy husband suddenly suffered a heart attack and died.The above facts prove beyond a reasonable doubt that General Soong must have been murdered with radio-frequency weapons. Thus, General Song's widow had openly requested an autopsy to be performed in order to determine the true cause of his death. Based on the widow's open claim, the request of an autopsy, and the way in which her husband died, this case has attracted a lot of attention. Unfortunately, since Russia had used radio-frequency weapons to kill goats from a one kilometer range, it proves that this weapon can be used by invisible personnel to destroy any unknowing target's heart function (no matter how young or how healthy the target is) without leaving external injured evidence. Thus, after using radio-frequency weapons to kill a victim from the front, his death would appear as a heart-attack on the surface. On the other hand, if the radio-frequency weapon is used to attack a target from behind, the victim's death will appear as cardiac arrest on the surface for abnormal heart rhythm. Therefore, after the autopsy, they found no poison evidence in his body and no external injured evidence. Also, no one saw that the involved LEO/invisible personnel used radio-frequency weapons to attack General Soong. So, the unknowing coroner still mistakenly considered that General Soong died of natural causes. Thus, even though the widow deeply believed that her husband must have been murdered to stop him writing some secrets in his memoir, she could do nothing. Considering the above facts, General Soong's health record, the widow's open request for an autopsy, the death inducing techniques of surveillance system, and radio-frequency weapon used by involved LEO/invisible personnel, it proves beyond a reasonable doubt that General Soong must have been killed by Taiwan's invisible personnel with radio-frequency weapons to stop General Soong writing his memoir. It could be easily achieved after the invisible personnel secretly followed General Soong to enter the public bath pool (either using a hidden emitter or using the carried radio-frequency weapon). Their goal is to prevent the top secret (that invisible personnel can secretly enter people's home/office, car, etc. for surveillance) from leaking in General Soong's memoir. General Soong's death also proves that he only knew that tiny invisible personnel would secretly enter a targets' home/office, vehicle, etc. for surveillance (all the facts are that the invisible personnel allow him to know). However, he didn't know that the invisible personnel could also secretly induce illness/death on an unaware target.
The above case in Taiwan further proves that invisible personnel dare murder any target to stop invisibility technology exposing. *How could the invisible personnel induce a healthy person to have heart dysfunction? The invisible personnel would secretly enter the target's home/office with radio-frequency weapons. Then, they would fly onto the target's upper back (near the heart) or near neck and slowly use their radio-frequency weapons to attack the victim's heart. The attack will cause the victim's heart to have an uncomfortable sensation. Also, a group of tiny invisible personnel can directly land on the target's body which is near the neck to attack the victim's heart with the radio-frequency weapon. After using this type of attack on the victim for some time, the victim's heart will be in poor condition. This will cause the victim to have breathing difficulty during physical exertion. In Taiwan, they called this tactic as "Xin-Xin-Ku-Ku-Guo-San-Hou" (I meaning -making the victim's life difficult with heart-dysfunction). An unaware victim will mistakenly consider that he has become out of shape and has a heart problem. If invisible personnel keep making such kind of attack on a victim's heart over a period of time, it can cause real heart dysfunction to a victim. *The tactic of house arrest with radio-frequency weapons:
When invisible personnel learn of a person who knows their secrets and crimes, they will induce death on the person from his home/workplace, car, boat, or plane. However, if the person has knowledge to protect himself in his home, vehicle, etc., the invisible personnel of surveillance station/system will also use radio-frequency weapons to force the person staying at home as home arrest. Their evil goal is to prevent the targeted person from leaking their crimes and secrets to other citizens and public officials. Because if the person can freely go everywhere, not only the invisible personnel's crimes and secrets will be easily exposed to others, but their false accusation on the targeted person will be also known as untrue by others who personally meet the targeted person outdoors. Now, I would like to explain how invisible personnel unlawfully use radio-frequency weapons to cause a targeted person to become as house arrest in detail.
First, the invisible personnel of local surveillance station/system will use HPM (high power microwave weapons which have the same ability as electromagnetic pulse weapons but more controllable) to disable the person's vehicle and then ultimately cause the vehicle's engine failure.
According to an article in MICROWAVE NEWS (Nov/Dec 1993), the involved LEO of surveillance station/system have obtained High Power Microwave weapon (see details later on attached source). High power microwave (HPM) weapons can be used on both hardware and humans. According to an international Red Cross document, this weapon can be used as an EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse weapon) "which gives an operator the same ability to wipe out electronic circuits. The main difference is that new technology on HPM is controllable and can be used without violation nuclear weapons treaties." When microwaves being pulsed between 10-100 pulses per second, "A HPM (High Power Microwave) weapon employs a high power, rapidly pulsation microwave beam that penetrates electronic components. The pulse action internally excites the components, rapidly generating intense heat which causes them to fuse or melt, thus destroying the circuit. HPM weapons attack at the speed-of-light thus making avoidance of beam impossible, consequently negating the advantage of weapon systems such as high velocity tactical missiles." Second, after causing the person's vehicle's engine failure, the local invisible personnel of surveillance station/system will arrange some invisible personnel staying at the person's home to keep him under 24 hours surveillance. Thus, if the person tries to leave the house (walk or ride a bicycle) to a shopping center anytime, a group of invisible personnel will use radio-frequency weapons to attack the person (the invisible personnel will either land on the personnel's chest and use radio-frequency weapons to induce heart-attack, or use a hidden emitter from light pole (or store) to induce cardiac arrest on the person. Although a person who has real knowledge on the invisible personnel and technology can escape the induced death, it is still an unhappy thing. Thus, the above action will cause the person to become a secret house arrest person of invisible personnel, if he dislikes to encounter the above death inducing technique.*Why do they need to use invisibility technology to track the victim and secretly attack the victim nearby? That's because the involved agents, police and recruited operatives cannot directly or remotely use their weapons from surveillance station/system to attack or kill a tracked victim. A surveillance station/system only can be used to track a target to knows where the small area of the target is. The local surveillance station/system cannot be used as a weapons control center to push a button to remotely attack a tracked victim. Recently, some persons claimed that satellites can be used to injure a targeted person on Earth. Do you agree with it? Obviously, the answer is no. That's because such kind of a claim is mainly used to mislead people in order to prevent the secrets of invisibility technology invisible operatives from becoming known by the public. (I have used many examples, technologies, and cases to prove that when using a microwave voice device, mind machine, or illness/death inducing techniques, they must use the invisible operatives so they can achieve it).
We know that most satellites are only used for surveillance purpose. Even a special satellite which could be remotely used to shoot weapons in space, must be still under research or controlled by the Defense Department. (Also, it cannot be used to attack Earth). The involved LEO in surveillance system certainly cannot control a satellite to shoot any weapon on Earth to injure a targeted victim. Not only don't they have this ability, but they have no such power (rights). The fact is not only because the distance is too far to attack effectively, but also because satellites cannot be used to locate a targeted person who is in a house or building. The above facts prove that any illness/death induced on a victim is not involved with any weapon from satellites or surveillance station/system.
It means that the involved officers, police of local surveillance station/system cannot directly use remote electric methods to accurately attack a victim who is at home/office or in car, boat, etc. and even walk on street outdoor. Why?There are two reasons:
First. The surveillance station/system cannot be used as a weapon control center. Thus, the involved LEO at surveillance station/system certainly cannot simply push a button to activate a hidden emitter (which must be nearby the victim) from outdoor to injure/kill a target.Second, the local surveillance station/system can only be used to track a targeted person and locate the target in a small area (which area is almost 500/1000 square feet) in the monitor screen map of local surveillance system. In such an area (the actual size is 500/1000 square feet) in screen map, the involved LEO in surveillance station/system certainly cannot achieve the following two things (1) To find a hidden emitter which is nearby the target. (2) To accurately use a hidden emitter to attack the target (who is located in a 500/1000 square feet area) without injuring other innocents. So, how can the involved officers, police of surveillance station/system keep people under close surveillance, control and inducing illness/death on their victims? In a business area (including office building), they request the business stores (or company) to build the video surveillance cameras to keep people under close surveillance and control. In a resident area, they use invisibility technology on their personnel and equipment to make them become invisible and tiny. Thus, these invisible personnel will secretly enter people's homes to keep people under close surveillance and control. These invisible personnel can secretly induce illness/death on any citizen from victim's home, office, car, boat, etc. That's because these invisible personnel are trained murderer/assassins and have knowledge on illness/death inducing techniques. The tiny invisible personnel also can gently fly onto a target's head without the unaware victim's knowledge to mind control a target with mind machine and mind control technology. Thus, these invisible personnel can mind control unaware violent students to cause the Oregon and Mississippi school shootings (see details cases on my web page Part II-D1, D2). According to above Wonder Weapons' report, the US has been pursuing similar devices (as radio-frequency weapons) since the 1960s. It shows that similar devices should have been developed and secretly used by US invisible personnel in the late 1960s. Therefore, after using the invisibility technology of the surveillance station, the invisible personnel and carried radio-frequency weapon will become invisible and tiny. Thus, the invisible personnel can either use the technology of interdimensional travel to enter the target's home/office, or ride the car of an involved LEO or operative to arrive the target's home/office to induce death (e.g. heart attack or cardiac arrest/heart stopped) on the victim (see details of invisibility technology on Part II-A, A1 of my website). Based on National Institute of Justice (NIJ) report, the information of April 1994 SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN report, MICROWAVE NEWS (on Nov/Dec 1993), and NEXUS magazine (Now/Dec, 94), it proves that the state & local law enforcement/polices have used the mind control equipment (microwave voice equipment- voice synthesis) and microwave, infrasound, radio-frequency weapon, electromagnetic pulse weapon, etc. (so-called nonlethal weapons) on civilians.

MICROWAVE NEWS Nov/Dec 1993 reported, in November, 1993, a three day top-secret non-lethal weapons conference took place in the Applied Physics Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University in Maryland. 400 scientists gathered at this University Applied Physics Lab to discuss their work in developing nonlethal weapons technologies including radio-frequency radiation (RF), electromagnetic pulse (EMP) weapon, ELF, lasers and chemical. The meeting was classified. The meeting was attended by numerous scientists, military weapons experts, intelligence officials from state and local police departments. The main purpose of the meeting was to prepare leading law enforcement officials for the use of psychotronic mind-control weapons. Amongst the subjects covered at the conference were "RADIO-FREQUENCY WEAPONS, HIGH POWERED MICROWAVE TECHNOLOGY, ACOUSTIC TECHNOLOGY" (used to transmit subliminal voices into a victim's head), VOICE SYNTHESIS, and APPLICATION OF EXTREME FREQUENCY ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS TO NON-LETHAL WEAPONS." Colonel John B. Alexander, Program Manager for Non-Lethal (psychotronic) Defense, Los Alamos National Laboratory, served as conference chairman.

After the involved police of surveillance station/system of the US received the radio-frequency weapon in 1994, their favorite death-inducing techniques are to use this weapon to either induce a target to have heart-attack or have cardiac arrest. Why? There are two reasons.
(1). The radio-frequency weapon is so powerful. According to the Washington Post reported, "the Soviets had used such weapons to kill goats at 1 kilometer's range" (see details on above source of "Wonder Weapons"). Thus, the induced heart attack and induced cardiac arrest techniques can easily be used against any unknowing citizen without any advanced warning of heart problems (e.g. coronary artery disease). So, by using invisibility technology to secretly enter an unsuspecting victim's home/office, car, boat, plane, etc., the local involved officers/polices (invisible personnel) can use this weapon to induce a heart attack (or heart failed) on any unaware person (who the involved polices/invisible personnel dislike) - no matter how young or old the target is and no matter how healthy the target's heart is. For example, Mr. Carlos Ghigliotti, the 42- year-old healthy expert, was murdered with radio-frequency weapon and suddenly died as if it had been a naturally caused "heart-attack" (see details case on Part II-C4 of my website).
(2). To induce a heart attack or induce cardiac arrest on a victim still can be easily blamed on CIA's invisible personnel by unaware Americans since CIA first researched the death inducing techniques of heart-attack in the 1950s. Thus, to avoid being a victim of these invisible personnel, everyone must gain enough knowledge to protect his basic right to life. So, the public must know that anyone who has no prior heart problem but suddenly gets a heart-attack (or died of heart failure), it must be caused by local invisible personnel (involved local polices and operatives) with radio-frequency weapon. Now, I would use four examples to further clarify it.
