close it with a staple or tape and mail it. Please do not put your name
or address on this mail no matter where you live.
WE WANT YOU TO DO THE FOLLOWING OR NO ONE WILL VISIT YOUR STATES FOR
TOURISM, AND FOREIGNERS WON'T PURCHASE THE GOODS PRODUCED IN YOUR
STATES UNTIL YOU:
1. Pass Legislation that removes any "statute of limitation" on the
prosecution of those that participate in Satanic Ritual Abuse inasmuch
as physical evidence has been or can be gathered;
2. Pass Legislation that Satanic Rituals that involve the use of
Satanic Ritual Abuse of animals or human beings be declared a felony in
the United States;
3. Pass Legislation that Funding be provided for a safe house/houses
where victims can find supportive therapy that recognizes the
legitimacy of Satanic Ritual Abuse and has been properly trained to
"reprogram" those that suffer from Multi-Personality Disorder;
4. Pass Legislation that protects those that report Satanic Ritual
Abuse from harrassment and/or public ridicule underpenalty of law. That
the victim's names be kept private as many are victims of Rape/Incest
and other Sexual Abuse;
5. Pass Legislation that compels law enforcement to report any evidence
that Satanic Rituals have taken place at a crime scene. That search
warrants provide for the means to specifically search for evidence of
Satanic Rituals;
6. Pass Legislation that those now listed on the Sexual Predator list
also be identified if their past crimes involved Satanic Ritual Abuse
on the same list;
7. Pass any other Legislation that may benefit the victims/survivors;
8. Pass Legislation that the United States immediately create an
"Occult Crimes Task Force" for other policy recommendations and as a
clearinghouse for law-enforcement and other organizations to identify
occult ritualistic behavior;
9. Pass Legislation to allow mail by postal service to be sent ti its
destination;
10. Pass legislation to ban funding to the Department of Homeland
Security.
