Petition: Stop Satanic Ritual Abuse Now!
Petition: To the honorable members of our United States Congress, State Legislature, Governor and other law-making and law enforcement/executive bodies.
Whereas: 1. We have given you numerous first hand victim's accounts of being "ritually abused" in secret ceremonies that glorify the worship of Satan or Satanism.
2. That such victims are being forced to wear the appearance of "normalcy" in public under threat of death or other coercion.
3. That thousands upon thousands of witnesses have had their accounts dismissed under pseudo-therapeutical names such as "false memory syndrome".
4. That high ranking officials have confirmed the existence of SRA (IE: LDS Presiding Bishopric member Glen L Pace, Gordon B Hinckley etc.)
5. That SRA is part of the worship of Lucifer, also known as Satan, and is not protected under the Bill of Rights as a form of protected religious expression, nor can it be.
6. That the United States Government has verified the use of severe trauma etc. to create programmable "alter personalities" within the same individual. This has been widely reported in the media. Applications include possible military/other uses.
WE PETITION FOR:
1. Legislation that removes any "statute of limitation" on the prosecution of those that participate in Satanic Ritual Abuse inasmuch as physical evidence has been or can be gathered.
2. We ask that Satanic Rituals that involve the use of Satanic Ritual Abuse of animals or human beings be declared a felony in this state.
3. We ask that Funding be provided for a safe house/houses where victims can find supportive therapy that recognizes the legitimacy of Satanic Ritual Abuse and has been properly trained to "reprogram" those that suffer from Multi-Personality Disorder.
4. Create Legislation that protects those that report Satanic Ritual Abuse from harrassment and/or public ridicule underpenalty of law. That the victim's names be kept private as many are victims of Rape/Incest and other Sexual Abuse.
5. Create Legislation that compels law enforcement to report any evidence that Satanic Rituals have taken place at a crime scene. That search warrants provide for the means to specifically search for evidence of Satanic Rituals.
6. That those now listed on the Sexual Predator list also be identified if their past crimes involved Satanic Ritual Abuse on the same list.
7. Any Other Legislation that may benefit the victims/survivors.
8. That the state immediately create an "Occult Crimes Task Force" for other policy recommendations and as a clearinghouse for law-enforcement and other organizations to identify occult ritualistic behavior.
