THE WAR FOR ISRAEL - (and you thought the oil was for the U.S.).
You are looking at the reason for the war against Iraq. This war is being fought for Ariel Sharon and for Israel's strategic benefit!

That's what Israel does. It has its intelligence organization, Mossad, carry out false flag operations and deceives others into attacking their enemies. In short they get others to fight their wars for them.

Israel is in the midst of its plan to use the United States military, which it controls, to conquer Iraq and divert Iraqi oil to the Haifa refinery via the Mosul to Haifa pipeline. The U.S. has built airbases at H2 and H3 (which stand for Haifa 2 and Haifa 3) to protect this strategic pipeline. The pipeline is intact, fully operational, and is being used to covertly send oil to Israel. Paid for with the blood of American soldiers that die in Iraq.

Iraq is being turned into another Palestine state for Israel.

This war was fought in order to secure Israel's future. Israel, being a parasite nation, needed to create an income stream that would continue if funding from the United States should dry up. To quote Mr. Vialls article, "... they are already planning to steal 1,825 million barrels of Iraqi oil per annum. Taking a nominal price of US $25.00 per barrel ... the Israeli-Jewish terrorists stand to make a cool US
$45,625,000,000.00 each year .... " [Thats over 45 1/2 Billion dollars a year or $125 million each day!!!]

Mr. Vialls claims that the 45 billion a year jackpot is more than just a lot of money, it's a matter of survival for Israel.

The reshaping of the Middle East by America's military will allow Israel to:
(1) Control the strategic oil reserves in this region which will ensure low cost oil to Israel and ensure their economic survival.
(2) Ensure Israel is the dominant military force and the sole nuclear equipped military power in the region for many years to come.
(3) Neutralize Israel's enemies in the region.
(4) Expand borders per "Greater Israel." The Nile forming the border on the West through Egypt, and the Euphrates on the East through Turkey, Syria, and Iraq.
(5) Allow even further expansion of borders to encompass surrounding countries.

Israel has become the 3rd largest exporter of weapons in the world, selling everything from Uzis to PHALCON airborne early warning systems. Defense Ministry figures show Israeli weapons export contracts were worth $4.1 billion in 2002. Only the United States with $13.2 billion and Russia with $4.4 billion sold more weapons that year.

Israel possesses the fourth largest army in the world.

Israel is the only nuclear enabled country in the Middle East. Israel has overtaken England to become the worlds 5th largest nuclear power, roughly equivalent to France and China in the size and sophistication of its nuclear arsenal. It is estimated to have 400 - 500 conventional nuclear warheads and many micro nuclear devices like the bomb that destroyed the Sari Club in Bali. (These new nuclear devices only emit alpha radiation that is invisible to a standard geiger counter). In addition they have the neutron bombs, (that can kill people and leave the buildings intact) and hydrogen bombs. Hydrogen bombs are currently the most fearsome and intimidating weapon on earth, capable of causing over 60,000 times the damage of a nuclear bomb like the one used on Nagasaki. The Hydrogen bomb is so intimidating that most nations vow never to produce it, though it is really not much harder than producing regular nukes. When we are talking WMD, this is the big Kahuna.

Israel has the capability to take out every major city in Europe. Israel refuses to sign the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT), the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC) or to allow inspections of its nuclear facilities by International inspectors.

Israel stands in defiance of 69 United Nations Security Council Resolutions. A further 33 resolutions against Israel has not seen the light of day thanks to the United States vetoing power on the Security Council.

Nuclear disarmament must begin with Israel. Until that time, Arab states in the region have an inalienable "right" and "obligation" to develop similar weapons (of mass destruction) to counter this overwhelming threat to their nations and peoples.

Since Israel possesses such a large nuclear arsenal, they are able to blackmail the United States into supplying them conventional weapons. They have been known to sell those weapons and technologies to other countries, once they are given to them. The Patriot missile, the Phoenix air-to-air missile, the Lavi fighter, based on the F-16, have all been sold to Beijing. Only direct U.S. intervention prevented Israel from selling Beijing AWACS technology.

Zionist forces are in control of the United States. When Ariel Sharon said:

-- it was no idle chatter. He was telling the truth. They have gained control through the Federal Reserve System [Updated Link] controlling the banks. They are also firmly in control in England. Hence the 2 allies will unite to fight a good fight for the greater good of Israel.

Just follow the trail of the money!

The United States has given Israel over 90 billion dollars in foreign aid. They continue this aid at a time when U.S. schools no longer can afford textbooks. Yet the standard 3 billion dollars of yearly aid goes on. Then there's the 12 billion in loan guarantees. And now Israel is asking for (and received) a 400% increase in aid. Miftah.org estimates the foreign aid to Israel to be closer to 8 billion yearly. I estimate that Israel receives
9.5 billion a year in aid. Here is the break down:

Foreign Aid: $3 billion, Loan Guarantees (normally): $2 billion (Note: the U.S. Congress has forgiven ALL loans to Israel in the past), private tax deductible donations: $1 billion, Israeli bonds: $500 million, Memorandum
of Understanding (MoU) which guarantees all Israel's oil needs in the event of a crisis: $3 billion (The Oil funding is camoflaged in the Defense budget) = Total $9.5 billion.

This $9.5 billion of aid is the standard rate. However, 2003 was an exceptionally good year for Israel. AFTER the Israeli army killed Rachel Corrie with a bulldozer, (which by the way was most likely paid for with your U.S. tax dollars), the U.S. rewarded Israel by giving them an additional $9B in loan guarantees, $1B in military aid -[Would Israel have received $20 billion if they had killed 2 American college students?]

So last year Israel hit the lottery to the tune of a cool $19.5 billion. Or, put in another way, in 2003, Israel received $53.4 Million dollars a day from the traitors in Congress. That's a very solid return on the AIPAC contributions that Israel pays out to U.S. Congressmen.

This is part of a broader package of up to $75 billion as emergency aid, directly connected to the war on Iraq. This amounts to 2500% increase in aid to support Israel in a war that they have claimed they are not involved in. Who is benefiting from the war on Iraq? Follow the trail of the money!

Each year Congress forgives loans made to Israel which costs U.S. Taxpayers more than all the foreign aid handed out.

Some sources indicate with all the hidden costs including the Strategic Petroleum Reserve factored in, the figure is more like $3 Trillion dollars!!!) Thomas R. Stauffer does. The Real Cost Of US Support For Israel

Israel has installed one of, if not the most, sophisticated missile defense systems in the world. They were the first country in the world to use laser's to intercept missiles, at America's expense of course. In 2000 Israel introduced the Tactical High Energy Laser/Advanced Concept Technology Demonstrator (THEL/ACTD), the world's first high-energy laser weapon system designed for operational use, to shoot down a rocket carrying a live warhead. In contrast, in December 2002 Resident Bush ordered the U.S. military to begin deployment of their own national missile defense system to protect the United States.

Israel launched its own spy satellite in 2002. A professor at the Israeli Technion-Israel Institute of Technology argued that the recent launch of an Israeli satellite means Israel "has established [its] capability to launch, by means of a missile, a payload to any location on the face of the earth."

Israel has acquired three Dolphin class diesel submarines in 2002 that it is arming with newly designed cruise missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads. According to Pentagon and Israeli officials, Israel now has a triad of land, sea, and air-based nuclear weapons for the first time.

Israel has its own radar warning system and has created a vast Home Front Command to prepare citizens and medical services for potential attacks.

U.S. military has plugged Israel into real-time war monitoring in the war on Iraq. Israel and the United States have set up a joint command post next to the U.S. embassy in Tel Aviv at which Israeli army officers will be able to view real-time pictures of the movements of American war planes over Iraq in the event of a war. In addition, an American early warning system that is hooked directly into U.S. intelligence satellites over Iraq was transferred to Israel a few weeks ago, [February, 2003] giving Israel direct access to information on any Iraqi missile launches at its territory, with no delays and no filtering.

This War Is Also About Water - Israel needs new water sources to allow Israeli expansion plans. Iraq is the major source of water in the Middle East. Just as the war in Afghanistan was fought for the Unocal oil pipeline this war is being fought for oil and water pipelines to Israel. Israel is now conducting assassinations of American citizens on American soil under the guise of "fighting terrorism" with the blessings of the US
Government.

If a member of Congress were to merely question anything about Zionist political influence in Washington they would be committing career suicide.

In conclusion the evidence that Israel is behind the invasion on Iraq is more than circumstantial. You just need to look at who stands to gain from all this. Those that can't understand why Dubya is so determined to attack Iraq, probably haven't considered that Israel is running the show. If you just look at who stands to gain from Iraqi oil you see the picture but it doesn't seem to be the whole thing. But when you add the dancing Israelis and Senator Graham's statements about foreign governments involvement in 911 and Sharon's orders on who Bush is to attack next, the whole picture begins to get in focus.

For those who feel 'so what if thousands of Iraqis die, as long as America ends up with the oil.' Those people will be disappointed also. Sure, Bush's buddies, the large corporations will get contracts to rebuild Iraq and make huge profits, but the BIG profits will be from Iraqi oil flowing to Israel. The Bush regime has already indicated it will not support lifting UN sanctions on Iraq unless Saddam's successors agree to supply Israel with oil. US efforts to get Iraqi oil to Israel are not surprising. Under a 1975 Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) engineered by Henry Kissinger, the US guaranteed all Israel's oil needs in the event of a crisis. The MoU, which has been quietly renewed every five years, also committed the USA to construct and stock a supplementary strategic reserve for Israel, equivalent to some US$3bn in 2002. Special legislation was enacted to exempt Israel from restrictions on oil exports from the USA.

To ensure the security of the Mosul to Haifa pipeline, the U.S. needs to neutralize Syria. Syria is too much of a risk. Israel wants the Mosul to Haifa pipeline to be secure for many years to come. Two US-made "democratic" regimes in the region, one in Baghdad and the other in Damascus, would secure the flow of Iraqi oil to Israel and free the country from its dependence on pricey Russian oil. The entire Middle East will be reshaped in line with these concerns.

7) Donald Rumsfeld-------------Secretary of Defense

A founding member of the PNAC, the Pentagon supremo is probably one of the best-connected men in American politics. It was Rumsfeld who personally designed the Iraqi invasion plan. Every detail of the post-war reconstruction has to be cleared by the defence secretary. Each and every neo-con in the Pentagon owes their position to him. One fact he doesn't want reminded about is his former glad-handing with Saddam as Reagan's special envoy to Iraq in the early 1980s. While Saddam was blitzing the Ayatollah's armies with chemical weapons in the Iran-Iraq war, Rumsfeld spent most of his time talking to the Ba'ath Party about the building of an oil pipeline on behalf of the construction company Bechtel. 9) Richard Perle-------------"Prince of Darkness"---

Illuminati The Pentagon's Prince of Darkness is a key member of JINSA and a prominent member of the American Enterprise Institute (described by Ronnie Reagan as one of the most influential right-wing US think-tanks) along with Dick Cheney's wife Lynne. He also sits on the Foundation for the Defence of Democracies, another right-wing think-tank, along with James Woolsey, tipped to become the information minister in the post-war Iraqi interim government.

He is a personal friend of Ariel Sharon and most likely his personal representative in the Pentagon. Perle acted as an advisor to the lobbying firm run by Douglas J. Feith -- the Pentagon's under-secretary of defence. Perle was also chair of the DPB until he resigned following a scandal over a conflict of interests relating to his business connections. However, he still sits on the board of the DPB. Perle is seeking permission from the Committee on Foreign Investment, on which the defence secretary Donald Rumsfeld sits, to run telecommunications businesses in Asia. He is also a member of neo-con think-tanks such as the American Enterprise Institute, and worked as an aide to ultra-right-wing former Israeli premier, Benyamin Netanyahu.
On July 7, 1996, acting as the 'study group leader' for the Institute for Advanced Strategic and Political Studies, a paper was issued by six ''prominent opinion makers'' laying out ''a new vision for the U.S.-Israeli partnership'' that urged an end to ''land-for-peace'' concessions. Among many suggestions was to ''focus on removing Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq.''

A very likely Israeli government agent (spy), Perle was expelled from Senator Henry Jackson's office in the 1970's after the National Security Agency (NSA) caught him spying - passing Highly-Classified (National
Security) documents to the Israeli Embassy. He later worked for the Israeli weapons firm, Soltam.
Asked by Bill Moyer about Perle's arguments for a war, Wilson said, ``Well, he's certainly the architect of a study that was produced in the mid-'90s for the Likud Israeli government called 'A Clean Break, A New Strategy for the Realm.' and it makes the argument that the best way to secure Israeli security is through the changing of some of these regimes beginning with Iraq and also including Syria. 10) John R. Bolton-------------Under Secretary, Arms Control and International Security

Illuminati Yale graduate. A prime architect of Bush's Iraq policy, Bolton served George H.W. Bush and Reagan in the state department, Justice department and USAID and is now under-secretary for arms control and international security in GWBush's state department. His appointment was intended to counter the dove-ish Colin Powell. Bolton now leads Rumsfeld's charge to destabilize Powell's multilateralism. Bolton is part of the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs, (JINSA) the Project for the New American Century and is a vice-president at the American Enterprise Institute. He was also one of Bush's chad-counters during the Florida count. Bolton has long advocated Taiwan getting a UN seat -- he's been on the payroll of the Taiwanese government. The US unilateralist is a regular contributor to William Kristol's right-wing Weekly Standard and has vilified UN Secretary General Kofi Annan. Bolton was an opponent of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty and a cheerleader for the Star Wars Defence System. He has hinted at targeting Cuba in the war on terror. His financial interests include oil and arms firms and JP Morgan Chase, like Shultz. It is said that Bolton believes in the inevitability of Armageddon. Like Woolsey, Bolton is said to believe we are in the midst of world war four which he estimates could take 40 years to finish. Despite evidence to the contrary they believe Iraq was involved in September 11. With Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Khalilzad, Bennet, Woolsey, Perle, and Kristol, Bolton co-signed a letter in 1998 urging President Bill Clinton to take military action in Iraq. (1)

Bush Administration who sat on the National Security Council, and who consistently advocates going to war against Iraq. Haass is also a member of the Defense Department's National Security Study Group, at the Pentagon.

13) Douglas Jay Feith-------------Under Secretary of Defense and Policy Advisor and number 3 man at the Pentagon.

Perle 1982-1984. In 2001, Feith returned to DoD as Donald Rumsfeld's Undersecretary for Policy, and it was in his office that "OSP," the Office of Special Plans, was created. The OSP was created to manufacture intelligence information to justify the invasion of Iraq. This intelligence flowed directly from Ariel Sharon's office to the Office of Special Plans in the Pentagon. The OSP also miss-planned the post-war reconstruction there, and continues to point an accusing finger at Iran and Syria, as per Zionist plans to control the Middle East and funnel Arab oil to Israeli refineries. Feith is a graduate of Harvard College and Georgetown University Law Center and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Like Perle and the others, Feith is a pro-Israel extremist, who has advocated anti-Arab policies in the past. He is closely associated with the extremist group, the Zionist Organization of America, which even attacks Jews that don't agree with its extremist views. Feith frequently speaks at ZOA conferences. Feith runs a small law firm, Feith and Zell, which only has one International office, in Israel. The majority of their legal work is representing Israeli interests. His firm's own website stated, prior to his appointment, that Feith "represents Israeli Armaments Manufacturer." Feith basically represents the Israeli War Machine. Feith, like Perle and Wolfowitz, campaigned hard for the Israeli proxy war against Iraq.

15) Michael Joyce-------------The former president of the Bradley Foundation, one of the largest and most influential right-wing organisations in America. It set up the PNAC led by William Kristol. Kristol's Weekly Standard is viewed in Washington as the in-house paper for Team Bush. The Standard is bankrolled by Rupert Murdoch. Joyce once said that Bush's key people such as Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Wolfowitz "were clearly
influenced by Bradley Foundation thinking." There are rumours that Joyce's "best buddy'' William Bennett, Reagan's education secretary and George H. W. Bush drug czar, will have some involvement with Iraq's post-war education system. Joyce has phoned Bennett with the words: "This is coach Joyce and this is what I want you to do.'' Neil Bush, Dubya's brother, has also been spoken of in connection with rebuilding the education system in Iraq. Joyce is a self-styled moral guardian of American family values who, along with James Woolsey, is an adviser to Americans for Victory over Terrorism,  a group that wants to stifle criticism of American military muscle. 16) James Woolsey-------------Former Director of the CIA

Yale graduate. A long-time supporter of war on Iraq and PNAC and JINSA member, the former director of the CIA has been named as the likely minister of information in the new Iraq. His business interests have included: the arms company British Aerospace; the Titan Corporation, which provides military interpreters and DynCorp, which provides bodyguards for Hamid Karzai, the Afghani president and has installed a police force monitoring service in Bosnia. DynCorp is being sued for human rights violations in Bosnia, environmental health disasters in Ecuador and fraud in America. He was a partner in the law firm, Shea and Gardner, which acts as foreign agents for the Iraqi National Congress, led by Chalabi. He is vice-president of Booz Allen Hamilton, a corporate consultant firm, which won a contract to develop a computer model of post-war Iraqi society after the first Gulf war I. Booz Allen is also closely linked to the DPB. He said that "only fear will re-establish [Arab] respect for us ... we need a little bit of Machiavelli." He has also said: "We really don't need the Europeans. Anyways, they will be the first in line patting us on the back following our success and saying they were with us all along.'' (1)

17) Colin Powell-------------"General My Lai" ----Secretary of State, ex-chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff, of Jamaican origin, he has one Jewish ancestor on his father's side. He grew up in a heavily Jewish-populated neighborhood in New York, and speaks Yiddish. The first day of being picked (12/16/2000) he said he wanted to toughen sanctions on Iraq, and will work to "re-energize the sanctions regime," even though he knows the embargo has killed at least 1/2 million Iraqi civilians. 19) Jay Garner------------- A former three-star Army general and friend of Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, served until March 2003 as president of SY Coleman, a division of defense contractor L-3 Communications specializing in missile- defense systems. He helped develop the Arrow missile-defense system for Israel. After the September 11 terrorist attacks, Garner visited Israel as guest of the hard-line Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs and signed that organization's letter praising Sharon's treatment of Palestinians. Lieutenant-General Jay Garner, the coordinator for civilian administration in Iraq, put his name in October 2000 to a JINSA statement blaming Palestinians for the outbreak of Israeli-Palestinian violence and saying that a strong Israel was an important security asset to the United States.

Illuminati Libby is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Yale graduate. Libby is a long-standing face at the Pentagon, having served in the defence department during George H. W. He sits on the board of the Rand Corporation, a research and development corporation which has a huge number of contracts with the Pentagon. Security resolutions that condemned Israeli terrorist activities such as condemning the killing of Sheikh Ahmed Yassin among the many resolutions that he killed. Until last October he was VP for the CIA/DOD megacontracter, SAIC. SAIC is making a small killing rebuilding the "New Iraq." Former director of Voice of America, the pro-US radio service, Reilly has been entrusted with overhauling Iraqi radio, television and newspapers. The Bush administration has already given Reilly the green light to operate Radio Free Iraq. This will involve using transmitters that have been sent to the Middle East for the military's psychological operations. Reilly is closely involved with an American administration plan to establish a media network in the Middle East. A $62m (#40m) satellite TV station is scheduled to begin at the end of the year. He is a very close friend and business partner of Ahmed Chalabi. (1)

A fellow at the conservative American Enterprise Institute, Ledeen holds a Ph.D. in History and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin. In 1983, on the recommendation of Richard Perle, Ledeen was hired at the Department of Defense as a consultant on terrorism. While being investigated as a security risk by his supervisor, Noel Koch, it was learned from the CIA station that Ledeen had been carried in Agency files as an agent of influence of a foreign government: Israel. After having his access to classified materials blocked he ceased working there. He next appeared at the National Security Council as a consultant working with NSC head Robert McFarlane. Ledeen was involved in the transfer of arms to Iran during the Iran-Contra affair -- an adventure that he documented in the book "Perilous Statecraft: An Insider's Account of the Iran-Contra Affair." A prominent member of the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA) board of governors and the Center for Security Policy (CSP), he advocates "total war" inline with the "Grand Strategy for the Middle East" which advocates "Iraq as the tactical pivot, Saudi Arabia as the strategic pivot and Egypt as the prize." Ledeen is presently a serving member on the China Commission and, with the support of DOD Undersecretary for Policy Douglas Feith, he has since 2001 been employed as a consultant for the Office of Special Plans OSP). He is involved in the handling of classified materials and has high-level security clearances.

A donor to both CSP and JINSA (as well as a JINSA director), Moskowitz not only sends millions of dollars a year to far-right Israeli settler groups like Ateret Cohanim but he has also funded the construction of settlements, having bought land for development in key Arab areas around Jerusalem. Moskowitz ponied up the money that enabled the 1996 reopening of a tunnel under the Temple Mount/Haram al-Sharif, which resulted in seventy deaths due to rioting.

David Jeremiah (ret.)-------------President and partner of Technology Strategies & Alliances Corporation which can be described as a "strategic advisory firm and investment banking firm engaged primarily in the aerospace, defense, telecommunications, and electronics industries." A member of JINSA's advisory board, Jeremiah also sits on the boards of Northrop Grumman's Litton subsidiary and of defense giant Alliant Techsystems, which--in partnership with Israel's TAAS--does a brisk business in rubber bullets. And he has a seat on the Pentagon's Defense Policy Board, chaired by Perle.

33) Michael Mobbs-------------Pentagon lawyer and overall civilian coordinator who will be in charge of 11 of the ministries. Mobbs wants US citizens imprisoned indefinitely without charge for terrorist offences. A notorious hawk and close friend of Richard Perle,  Mobbs also worked for Douglas Feith's law firm. Currently a Pentagon consultant, he created the legal framework for the indefinite detention of al-Qaeda suspects at Camp X-Ray in Guantanamo Bay, which was built by Bechtel (see The businesses) for $16m (£10m). Also a former member of the US arms control agency under former president Ronald Reagan. (1)

34)William Eagleton-------------
Like George Shultz, a contemporary of George H. W. Bush and revered by the right as one the grand old men of Republican foreign policy. The pair went to Yale together and both served in the Far East during the second world war. A career diplomat, Eagleton was based in Iraq between 1980-1984 as Chief of US Interests Section in Baghdad. His tenure there came at a time when Iraqi use of chemical weapons against Iran was being studiously ignored by Washington. He is tipped to be the "Mayor of Kirkuk,'' the oil-rich city in northern Iraq, or Kurdistan. (1)

35) Andrew Natsios-------------The head of USAID, United States Agency for International Development, Natsios is the man who hands out the post-war reconstruction contracts. Only US companies can bid for these lucrative deals. One of the most controversial episodes of his career saw him, as CEO of the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority, oversee the Big Dig construction project,  a three-mile underground highway in Boston, undertaken by Bechtel. The budget spiraled out of control costing up to $10bn (£6.3bn) more than it should have, with the largest budget rises under Natsios's tenure.

A former Massachusetts House of Representatives congressman, he is the author of a book called US Foreign Policy And The Four Horsemen Of The Apocalypse and a retired lieutenant colonel from the first Gulf war. He was also the chairman of the Massachusetts Republican Party for most of the 1980s. Natsios will be assisted by Michael Marx, the head of USAID Disaster Assistance Response Team (Dart) and a former US army officer. Marx previously headed the Dart team after the conflict in Afghanistan. Lewis Lucke, another USAID senior staffer, will oversee the Iraqi reconstruction process. He headed the USAID mission team in Haiti alongside Timothy Carney, one of the former US ambassadors who is now involved in administering Free Iraq. Attempts at establishing democracy in Haiti have so far failed, with elections collapsing amid allegations of electoral
manipulation and fraud. (1)

36) George Shultz-------------A Republican heavyweight and former secretary of state under Nixon, Shultz was GWBush's presidential campaign adviser. He is also one of the administration's key thinkers on running post-war Iraq, and on the board of directors at Bechtel, which is in the running for contracts after regime change. Like Perle, he has lucrative financial relationships, which bring his impartiality into question. Shultz is the chairman of the International Council of JP Morgan Chase, the banking syndicate in which Lewis Libby (see neo-cons) has heavy investments. Morgan Chase lent Saddam's regime $500m (£320m) in 1983. Shultz is a member of the Committee for the Liberation of Iraq and a patron of the American Enterprise Institute. Perle advised clients of Goldman Sachs, the investment house, on post-war investment opportunities in Iraq. Perle is also a director of the software company Autonomy Corp, which has clients including the Pentagon. Autonomy says it expects its profits to increase dramatically after the war in Iraq ends. 37) Ahmed Chalabi-------------Leader of the London-based Iraqi National Congress (INC)
Chalabi's supporters include Paul Wolfowitz and Donald Rumsfeld, who are pushing for him to be the interim leader of the post-war Iraq. He is backed by the think-tank JINSA and linked to the American Enterprise Institute. Convicted in absentia in Jordan for his part in an massive embezzlement scandal, Chalabi received up to $12 million from Washington after the first Gulf war. He will be working with Reilly (see power-brokers) on broadcasting and communications in the new Iraq. Often referred to as "Cheney's protégé, he is unpopular in Iraq and loathed by Colin Powell's state department. He has also fallen out of favour with the CIA, which in the early 1990s funded the INC to the tune of $325,000 a month. However, in a recent trip to Israel, organised by JINSA, he tried to warm up relations regarding Iraq's post-regime change. Other Iraqis involved in a future government -- at the behest of Wolfowitz -- include INC members Salem Chalabi (Chalabi's nephew) and Aras Habib. Habib's cousin, Dr Ali Yassin Karim, a former medic with the CIA, was nearly kicked out of the agency but was saved by the CIA's James Woolsey. Afghanistan-born Khalilzad is Bush's special envoy to Afghanistan and Iraq and has a wide variety of oil interests. He co-wrote an article on Saddam, entitled Overthrow Him, with Wolfowitz, his former boss. A consultant with the oil company Unocal, he was pushing for a natural gas pipeline in Afghanistan during the Taliban regime, and worked under Condoleezza Rice when she served as director of Chevron. He is also a close associate of George Shultz, and encouraged Shultz to use Iran to help topple Saddam. He is a former Rand Corp employee and a charter member of the PNAC. (1)

He previously worked at Washington-based "Think Tank" Ethics and Public Policy Center. Abrams is the son-in-law of Norman Podhoretz, editor emeritus of Commentary, whose magazine has for decades branded critics of Israel as anti-Semites. During the Reagan Administration, Abrams was the Assistant Secretary of State, handling, for the most part, Latin American affairs. He played an important role in the Iran-Contra Scandal, which involved illegally selling U.S. weapons to Iran to fight Iraq, and illegally funding the contra rebels fighting to overthrow Nicaragua's Sandinista government. He also actively deceived three congressional committees about his involvement and thereby faced felony charges based on his testimony. Abrams pled guilty in 1991 to two misdemeanors and was sentenced to a year's probation and 100 hours of community service. A year later, former President George H. W. Bush  granted Abrams a full pardon. He was
one of the more hawkish pro-Israel Jews in the Reagan Administration's State Department.

45) Dr. Stephen Bryen -------------
In 1979 Bryen was investigated for espionage. He had been overheard in the Madison Hotel Coffee Shop, offering classified documents to an official of the Israeli Embassy in the presence of the director of AIPAC, the American-Israel Public Affairs Committee. It was later determined that the Embassy official was Zvi Rafiah, the Mossad station chief in Washington. Bryen refused to be polygraphed by the FBI on the purpose and details of the meeting; whereas the person who'd witnessed it agreed to be polygraphed and passed the test. The investigation was squashed by Philip Heymann. Bryen was asked to resign from his Foreign Relations Committee post shortly before the investigation was concluded in late 1979. For the following year and a half, he served as Executive Director of the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA), and provided consulting services to AIPAC.

In April, 1981, the FBI received an application by the Defense Department for a Top Secret security clearance for Dr. Bryen. Richard Perle, who had just been nominated as Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Policy, was proposing Bryen as his Deputy Assistant Secretary! Within six months, with Perle pushing hard, Bryen received both Top Secret-SCI (sensitive compartmented information) and Top Secret-"NATO/COSMIC" clearances. In 1988, while serving as the Director (and founder) of DTSA (Defense Technology Security Administration) in the DOD office, Bryen was involved attempting to export sensitive military technology to Israel. In late 1988, Bryen resigned from his DOD post, and for a period worked in the private sector with a variety of defense technology consulting firms.

The Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs. (JINSA)

With its aims of informing Americans of the continued importance of American security, and of the need for an Israeli "victory'' in the Middle East, JINSA places itself firmly on the extreme right wing. It has repeatedly praised Israel for what it views as "remarkable restraint'' in the face of a centrally-orchestrated campaign of terror from the Palestinian authorities, and its ranks include most of Bush's neo-cons. It also supports both Garner and Chalabi.

The Project for a New American Century. (PNAC)

Founded by the likes of Rumsfeld and Cheney in 1997 to counter what it viewed as Clinton's drifting foreign and defence policy, this think-tank would come to form the nucleus of Team Bush. It has always lobbied for regime change in Iraq and for America to play a more permanent role in the Middle East. It also believes American foreign policy to be by definition, inherently "right.'' Many see it as the brains behind a US-controlled "new world order.''

The American Enterprise Institute. (AEI)
One of America's biggest and most-established think-tanks, the American Enterprise Institute has been pushing its conservative agendas for over 50 years in both foreign and domestic policy. With 14 of its members in Bush's administration, it claims to be better represented than any other think tank in the current administration.

The Bradley Foundation.
During the 15-year tenure of Michael Joyce heading up this charitable body, the century-old foundation increased its profile dramatically and can now claim to be cash-rich and very powerful. It even provided the money needed to set up the Project for a New American Century. The Republicans love it and some even call it the patron saint of hawkish causes, thanks to the considerable amounts of money it doles out to neo-con causes. They are one of the quartet of ultra-right-wing tax-exempt funds, along with the Smith Richardson Foundation, the Olin Foundation, and the Mellon Scaife Foundation.

National Institute for Public Policy
A conservative research organization in Fairfax, Virginia In January 2001, the NIPP published the "Rationale and Requirements for U.S. Nuclear Forces and Arms Control," which forms the basis of the US nuclear policy today, calling for a end to the ban on smaller nuclear weapons and for development of new kinds of smaller nuclear weapons.

Washington Institute for Near East Policy (WINEP)
The think-tank spawn of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), the official Israel lobby in America.

The Businesses

SteveDoring Services Of America
This world-leading Seattle port company won the first USAID contract for Iraqi reconstruction -- a $4.8m (£3m) deal to manage Iraq's strategic port, Umm Qasr. Known for its union-busting activities, it turns over around $1bn (£634m) a year and its president, John Hemingway, has made personal donations to Republican Party candidates. SSA's contract has angered the British government and army, and Trade Secretary Patricia Hewitt unsuccessfully called on Washington to intervene. The British shipping giant P&O is also angered about missing out and about not being told why they lost. EU commissioner Chris Patten called the US-exclusive bidding "exceptionally maladroit.''

Bechtel
Almost certain to win $900m (£573m) in contracts. The total amount of business from Iraqi reconstruction could total $100bn (£634m). Bechtel has donated $1.3m (£820,000) to political campaign funds since 1999, with the majority going to the Republican Party. George Shultz (see power-brokers) is Bechtel's former CEO and is still on the board of directors. Other Republicans linked to the company include former Reagan defence secretary Caspar Weinberger. General Jack Sheehan, retired Marine corp general, is its senior vice president, he also sits on the Pentagon's influential Defence Policy Board. In the 1980s Bechtel proposed building an oil pipeline through Iraq with Rumsfeld as a intermediary for the company to Saddam. International Resources Group

The Washington-based company has won a $70m (£44m) contract to establish the humanitarian aid programme in Iraq. Obviously this involves an exceptionally close working relationship with USAID, which awards the contracts. Four of IRG's vice-presidents have all held senior posts with USAID, and 24 of the firm's 48 technical staff have worked for USAID. Other players tipped to win contracts include Washington Group International, bidding for the capital construction job, which gave $438,700 (£270,000) to the Republicans -- along with a donation to Bush, and the Louis Berger Group which gave $26,300 to the Republicans and is implementing the USAID Croatia development programme.

Halliburton
This was Dick Cheney's old oil company until he joined Team Bush, walking out the door with a pay-off worth around $30m (£19m). There have been deferred payments of $180,000 (£120,000) a year.

Halliburton's subsidiary, Kellogg Brown & Root, was the first company to be awarded an Iraqi reconstruction contract by the Pentagon to cap burning oil wells, the deal is reportedly worth $500m (£320m). The contract was awarded by the Army Corps of Engineers without any open competitive bidding process thanks to federal laws allowing the negotiations to take place in secret in the interests of national security. KBR has won a string of lucrative contracts despite failing to control the cost of work in the Balkans and being fined $2m (£1.3m) following claims of fraud at a military base. KBR is also one of two contractors chosen by the Defence Threat Reduction Agency to undertake the disposal of weapons of mass destruction -- if they are ever found. Since 1999, Halliburton has given 95%, or just under $700,000, (£448,000) of its political donations to the Republican party. It also gave George Bush nearly $18,000 (£12,000). KBR has subcontracted some of the work to two Houston firms -- Wild Wells, and Boots and Coots, which is close to bankruptcy. Boots and Coots have a capital deficit of $17m (£11m).

They were recently given a $1m (£634,000) loan from a Panama-registered investment company, Checkpoint, run by Texas oilmen. It claims Boots and Coots defaulted and wants it to file for bankruptcy.

Fluor Corp, which donated $275,000 (£175,000) to the Republicans and $3500 (£2200) personally to George Bush, has ties to a number of intelligence and defence procurement officials. These include Kenneth J. Oscar, former acting assistant secretary of the army and Bobby R. Inman a retired admiral, former NSA director and CIA deputy director.

Also in the running is Parsons Corp, which donated $152,000 (£96,000) to the Republican party and £2000 (£1800) to Bush. It has helped reconstruct Kosovo and Bosnia and built the Saudi "military city'' of Yanbu. Bush's labour secretary Elaine Chao served on its board before joining the cabinet. It has got a chance of $900m (£570m) of reconstruction contracts and works closely with Halliburton. Chao's husband, assistant majority leader and majority whip Mitch McConnell has links to defence contractor Northrop Grumman. He has also received donations from, among others, Halliburton and arms firm Lockheed Martin.

California congressman, Darrell Issa, wants firms such as Lucent Technologies and Qualcomm to rebuild Iraq's decrepit telecoms system -- a deal worth around $1bn (£634m). Pentagon under-secretary, Douglas Feith, has up to $500,000 (£317,000) invested in Lucent; and Dick Cheney's chief of staff, Lewis Libby, has shares in Qualcomm.

Raytheon Corp alongside KBR is another company apparently chosen by the Defence Threat Reduction Agency to deal with WMD. Libby also has shares in this company.

Starbucks - Howard Shultz, Chairman of Starbucks
Howard Shultz, the chairman of Starbucks is an active Zionist. In 1998 he was honoured by Israel with "The Israel 50th Anniversary Tribute Award" for his services to the Zionist state. His work as a propagandist for Israel has been praised by the Israeli Foreign Ministry as being key to Israel's long-term PR success. Starbucks was one of the corporate sponsors of this years secret meeting of the world's media elite in their annual meeting at the posh ranch of investment banker Herbert Allen Jr. (See the Zionist Media Moguls section above)

THE DEFENCE PLAYERS
The business players inextricably tied to the reconstructors:

SY Coleman
It is a key company connected to the US Patriot missile system. The fact that the company is headed by Lt Gen Jay Garner, the so-called Sheriff of Baghdad, has caused consternation among both aid agencies and the UN.

Northrop Grumman
One of the biggest winners under Bush's increases in defence spending, they won $8.5 billion in contracts last year. It has links with JINSA, the AEI, and key Bush administration hawks. The company planned a merger with Lockheed Martin, another defence giant who had Dick Cheney's wife Lynne on the board.

DynCorp
Linked to former CIA director James Woolsey. It provides security in world trouble spots where America has had to act as the policeman. Woolsey's DynCorp links tally with his intellectual inclinations -- both he and Richard Perle sit on the Foundation for the Defence of Democracy, a pro-military think-tank.

The Defence Policy Board
This is the massively influential Pentagon advisory group, headed by Richard Perle until forced to resign over a conflict of interests. Currying favour with the DPB is the key to getting a Pentagon contract. Eight other DPB members have links to firms that have won defence contracts including Northrop Grumman, Bechtel, and Rand Corp, which is linked to Lewis Libby and Zalmay Khalilzad. DPB members include General Jack Sheehan, who is connected to Bechtel, the CIA's James Woolsey and former Republican secretary of defence James Schlesinger.

The Carlyle Group
Chairman, Frank C. Carlucci. Carlyle is the eleventh largest defense contractor in the US because of its ownership of companies making tanks, aircraft wings, and other equipment. It is also heavily invested in telecommunications. Their headquarters is on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C. The Group is a secretive firm of bigwigs that buys up lucrative defense businesses, wins hush-hush military contracts, and
manipulates governments around the world to wring private profit out of public policy.

Israel will control the region geographically one way or another. Their plan is to have a serious supply of oil flowing to Haifa but if that doesn't work out they may just continue to 'skim the profits' from America with increased foreign aid to Israel.
