The weapon used in manipulating public opinion...

One of the weapons used in manipulating public opinion is the use of the personal attack. It has many other names as well, like mudslinging, slander, name-calling, character assassination, etc., and you'll find plenty of it when any two opposing sides meet. Many special-interest groups are quite fond of the strategy, but no one is as masterful at it as organized Jewry.

There isn't an institution in America that is exempt from attack by the powerful Jewish lobby. Art exhibits, schools, religions, politics, media outlets and others experience intense pressure to include everything Jewish or face severe penalty, including smear campaigns, threats, intimidation and even violent acts. But above all, American foreign policy is forced to conform to Jewish pressure-group ideology, which dictates to politicians and policymakers to further Israeli imperialism in the Middle East.

Nowhere is this more evident than in the current Iraq war. The motivation of a pre-emptive first strike was a disinformation campaign from the very beginning and continues to be so. The weapons-of-mass-destruction myth and the Al-Qaeda connection have both proven fraudulent. One logical and rational reason for war is for the protection and security of Israel.

The Iraq war should be viewed not as a singular event, but as a greater and expansive Israeli-Palestinian crisis.

Tom DeLay, the current House majority leader, echoed these thoughts in a speech to the Jewish group B'nai B'rith. "Many see these two phenomena - the 'War on Terror' and the 'Middle East Conflict' - as two separate and unrelated matters. ... But at their core, the two are not only related, but identical.... And so we fight a common war against a common enemy, whether it goes by the name Osama bin Laden, Saddam Hussein, or Yasser Arafat. That bloody fight continues today, in Afghanistan, Iraq and in Israel. We stand against terror.... And so, we stand with Israel."

In this "stand with Israel," America is now an equal partner in any atrocity the Israeli government commits against the Palestinians or anyone else in the  Middle East. With the U.S. government's fanatical devotion to Israel and its complete support of the illegal occupation of Palestinian land, the American people have endured heavy penalties in treasured human life.

As mentioned in the second article of this series, American taxpayers have paid $134 billion in foreign aid to Israel, essentially financing and brokering Israeli terrorism in the Middle East. But even more than generous foreign aid, the U.S. government has freely given Israel numerous stockpiles of military weaponry.

The Arms Trade Research Center detailed this U.S. export of cost-free military weaponry. "The U.S. also gives Israel weapons and ammunition as part of the Excess Defense Articles program, providing these articles completely free of charge. Between 1994-2001, the U.S. provided many weapons through this program, including:

- 64,744 M-16A1 rifles.
- 2,469 M-204 grenade launchers.
- 1,500 M-2 .50-caliber machine guns.
- .30-caliber, .50-caliber and 20-mm ammunition."

If this weren't enough, the same report notes that Israel maintains the largest squadron of F-16s outside the U.S. and has 102 more on order with the U.S. based firm Lockheed Martin.

Much of the above military weaponry and U.S. foreign aid has produced a living hell for the Palestinian population. According to If Americans Knew, a non-profit organization based in Berkeley, California, since Sept 19, 2000:

- 3,044 Palestinians killed; many are women and children.
- 26,250 Palestinians injured.
- 2,202 homes bulldozed or destroyed by shelling.
- 14,436 homes partially destroyed.

As the Israeli assault continues, more Palestinians are left homeless every day. As of June 30, 2003, the U.N. reported the existence of 847,000 Palestinian refugees, and the number will likely climb higher.

In the eyes of the Muslim world, America has become just as responsible as Israel for crimes committed against the Palestinian people. Israel's fight has become our fight, unfortunately, with exorbitant and unnecessary costs to the American taxpayer.

Of course, the current Palestinian holocaust is justified in the eyes of many Zionist Jews. Some of them have claimed that because of the alleged Holocaust of World War II, the Palestinians must accept Israel's right to exist, endure terrible atrocities and live under subjugation and occupation.

Bradley Smith of CODOH demonstrated in a speech in Sacramento how the Holocaust is used for the benefit of Israel. "Half a century ago the first weapons-of-mass-destruction fraud (the Holocaust) was used as moral justification for Democrats and Republicans in league with Zionists to create a Jewish state (Israel) occupied by Palestinians. Other than the WMD story, there was no moral justification. A half-century later, the possession of weapons of mass destruction by the Iraqi administration was the moral justification by Democrats and Republicans for initiating a preemptive war against a nation that wasn't an imminent threat to America, but was to Israel. Israel had benefited from the second WMD fraud just like it had the first."

Because of past Jewish suffering - historical or otherwise - Israel and organized Jewry justify its supremacist government policies, make use of terrorist attacks against Palestinian civilians and invoke images of the Holocaust of World War II as a weapon against anyone critical of their policies in America or abroad.

However, Israel's fight isn't against the Palestinians alone, but essentially the entire Middle East. It considers portions of Iraq, Egypt, Syria, Jordan and large portions of Saudi Arabia their own in an attempt to achieve a theologically mandated Greater Israel.

But it is Iraq that has always been a check against Israeli imperialist dreams and land grabs, including Saddam Hussein's monetary contributions to the families of dead Palestinian-resistance fighters.

Therefore, a U.S.-led war against Iraq, producing a certain removal of the Ba'athist Party regime, would make Israel's acts of aggression against the Palestinian people easier and future plans for Middle East domination simpler.

With Iraq already contained and emaciated from U.S.-led sanctions during the 1990s, which produced an astonishing death toll of 500,000 Iraqi children, Jewish pressure groups in Washington and their neoconservative movement were not satisfied. In their minds, Israel was still unprotected and insecure. Thus, they pushed for war and they got it.

Sen. Fritz Hollings, D-S.C., created a whirlwind in the Senate recently when publicly announcing the Israeli motivation behind the Iraq war.

"Everybody knows it's because we want to secure our friend, Israel," Hollings said.

In Florida, Vice President Dick Cheney further explained U.S. military action against Iraq when speaking to a group of assembled Jewish voters.

"We believe the removal of Saddam Hussein and the rise of a free Iraq will in time help create the conditions where a lasting peace between Israelis and their Palestinian neighbors is more likely," Cheney said.

However, Hollings also went on to say that the Iraq war was developed by Jewish pressure groups in Washington. "You can't have an Israel policy other than what AIPAC (American Israeli Public Affairs Committee) gives you around here."

In "Hollings Blasts AIPAC," an article in the May 28 issue of The Baltimore Jewish Times, a Democratic Hill staffer spoke on condition of anonymity regarding the sinister and secretive power of Jewish pressure groups in Washington. "Sen. Hollings eloquently stated what many members of Congress believe but are too afraid to say."

The article continues: " ... lawmakers fear they'll lose elections if they don't support AIPAC. More likely, they'll lose key fund-raising support or be deluged with calls and appearances from pro-Israel lobbyists and constituents."

Rest assured, the reference to "deluged with calls and appearances" is Washington speak for "your reputation will be smeared and your character assassinated by accusations of anti-Semitism."

Naturally, it didn't take long for Senator John Kerry to criticize his fellow Democratic party member and to pounce on the opportunity to appear more pro-Israel than President Bush. Immediately after Hollings' statement, Kerry produced a scripted boilerplate response denouncing Senator Hollings. "Comments such as these lend credence to unacceptable and baseless anti-Semitic stereotypes that have no place in America or anywhere else," Kerry said.

As the jockeying for pro-Israeli support continues between Republicans and Democrats alike, the fact remains that America is engaged in a bloody conflict in Iraq with casualties climbing weekly, if not daily. Still, America seeks to entrench itself even deeper into the affairs of the Middle East. Jewish pressure groups are beginning to beat their war drums loudly as they press for war with Iran, Lebanon, and Syria.

With this seemingly eternal war in the Middle East and acts of aggression by Israeli and American forces on civilian populations, the prediction of more terrorist attacks in America will undoubtedly prove true.

One of these events already occurred on 9/11, which killed more than 3,000 people on American soil. As President Bush attempted to direct public attention away from the real cause of the terrorist attack, he deceived many by claiming it was because of our love for freedom and democracy. Nothing could be further from the truth.

America was attacked because of its unholy alliance with Israel and its pro-Israeli foreign policy in the Middle East.

In an interview that took place in 1998, four years before 9/11, Osama bin Laden openly stated what Americans were to expect in the coming years.

Editor's note: As Editor-in-Chief of this publication, I wrote the author to inform him that no Arabs carried out this heinous act, that Bush and his ilk did.

"I say to them that they (Americans) have put themselves at the mercy of a disloyal government ... it represents Israel inside America. They make use of America to further their plans for the world, especially the Islamic world. American presence in the Gulf provides support to the Jews and protects their rear. And while millions of Americans are homeless and destitute and live in abject poverty, their government is busy occupying our land and building new settlements and helping Israel build new settlements ... America throws her own sons ... for the sake of protecting Jewish interests ... We say to the Americans as people and to American mothers, if they cherish their lives and if they cherish their sons, they must elect an American patriotic government that caters to their interests not the interests of the Jews. If the present injustice continues ... it will inevitably move the battle to American soil."
