Dear Lord Rothschild,
I have much pleasure in conveying to you on behalf of His Majesty's Government the following declaration of sympathy with Jewish Zionist aspirations, which has been submitted to and approved by the Cabinet:
'His Majesty's Government view with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, and will use their best endeavours to facilitate the achievement of this object, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country.'

I should be grateful if you would bring this Declaration to the knowledge of the Zionist Federation.

Page 4 "Between the World Wars the British Army crushed Palestinian revolts against British rule and Jewish immigration."

Another apparent reason why World War I took place is stated on page 5 with "In Turkey, as in Germany, their own native Jews were resentful of the attempt to segregate them as Jews and were opposed to the intrusion of Jewish nationalism in their domestic affairs. Though several periodicals in French 'were subvened' by the Zionist-front office under Dr. Victor Jacobson, (the first Zionist who aspired to be not a Zionist leader but a 'career' diplomat), and although he built up good political connections through social contacts, 'always avoiding the sharpness of a direct issue, and waiting in patient oriental fashion for the insidious seed of propaganda to fructify,' yet some of those engaged in the work, notably Vladimir (Zev) Jabotinsky (1880-1940), came to despair of success so long as the Ottoman Empire controlled Palestine. They henceforth pinned their hopes on its collapse."

Page 6 "The Turks were doing all they could to keep Jews out of Palestine. But this barrier was covertly surmounted, partly due to the venality of Turkish officials, (as delicately put in a Zionist report: 'It was always possible to get round the individual official with a little artifice'); and partly to the diligence of the Russian consuls in Palestine in protecting Russian Jews and saving them from expulsion.

If Zionism were to succeed in its ambitions, Ottoman rule of Palestine must end. Arab independence could be prevented by the intervention of England and France, Germany, or Russia. The Jews hated Czarist Russia. With the entente cordiale in existence, it was to be Germany or England, with the odds slightly in Britain's favor in potential support of the Zionist aim in Palestine, as well as in economic and military power."

Page 7 "William Yale, who was special agent of the State Department in the Near East in World War I, told me on 12th May 1970 that Woodrow Wilson had asked him in 1919 to interview persons who might be influential to the future of the area.  As such, he interviewed Chaim Weitzmann. Yale asked Weizmann what he would do if the British did not support the Balfour Declaration for the establishment of a Jewish homeland in Palestine. Weitzmann pounded his fist on the table and the teacups jumped. 'If they don't,' he said, 'we'll smash the British Empire as we smashed the Russian Empire'." 

Also on page 7, a motive for desiring Palestine. It may be the only motive: "And the Rothschilds? They have fed from behind and through fronts,' as dictated to the family by patriarch Meyer Amschel Rothschild, nearly 250 years ago. The late Ben Freedman of the Speyer banking family, showed me a report on the estimated value of the mineral deposits of the Dead Sea prepared for the 1917 Lord Rothschild, at a time when Lord Mond controlled nickel, the Guggenheims controlled copper, Lord Swathling (Montague) controlled Anglo-Dutch oil, and Oppenheimer monopolized De Beers diamonds and South African gold. President Franklin Roosevelt's son-in-law, Col. Curtis Dall, who had been with Wall Street's Lehman bankers in the 1930s, refers to this geological report, made public in 1923, in his book which he gave me, Israel's Five Trillion Dollar Secret, published privately in 1977. 'The well-veiled objective of the zionists backed by the Rothschild financial interests, was to acquire valid title to the Dead Sea, with its vast, inexhaustible deposits of potash and other minerals, estimated by experts to be worth several thousand billions of dollars' p. 11"

Page 8 "Meyer Amschel Rothschild's widow, still living in the Judengasse, gave expression to the power of the empire of money she had birthed. 'Don't be afraid' she told a visitor in 1849, 'There will be no war. My sons will not provide the money for it.'(Founder: A Portrait of the First Rothschild and His Time by Amos Elon, Viking, 1996). The Rothschilds' importance at great power level was recognized in 1917 by the British Government's Balfour Declaration being addressed to Lord Rothschild. They have continued support for Herzl's Jewish State.

At the end of the 20th century, the Rothschilds schemed to set up the Bilderberg Group [established in 1954]. Are they the unseen directors of this Group and the Trilateral Commission [established in 1973] that set the major extra-parliamentary and extra-congressional agendas regarding our present and future, decisions that implement Herzl's ideas of globalism and combating of patriotism as expressed to Meyer-Cohn?

The German people have been required to acknowledge, atone and pay for the sins of some of their fathers 'unto the third and fourth generation.' Should the British, American, and Jewish people acknowledge, atone and pay for the deaths, dispossession and exile of Palestinians?"
