America's Concerns
Corruption in Arkansas
Department of Correction
An Arkansas prison was built by inmates according to John Caldwell, an innocent prisoner, who is incarcerated there. The Department of Correction put in their own bid, got an inmate contractor license, and placed a bid for $6.00 an hour. The inmates built the prison as part of their sentence, so where did all of the money go? The State pocketed the money amongst themselves. The bids are public information which are tracable.
